thank you for the ask, i hope you enjoy the man that is dominic walsh! also this is answered by post-cursed bodies dominic in a way that doesn’t spoil anything major, sorta, it just means y’all get to hear his thoughts about a certain someone.

───── who makes up your family? how close are you to them? “are we talking blood related or just who we consider family? also how much time do we have? no, but seriously, you’ve got my mum, maria, best mum in the world, i don’t care what anyone else says, you’re mum will never beat mine. she had me with ralph talbert who’s dead─ thanks to me, you’re welcome. but my dad is really peter who married my mum when i was young and barely old enough to remember, i probably cried the whole time and ruined it for everyone. i’ve also got two younger siblings, daniel and laurel who are the worst, they’re at that age when i get home, they’ll be like ‘hey’ and ignore my existence,” he scoffed, shaking his head.

“teenagers, the fucking worst, am i right? i do love them though, just don’t tell them i said that. and then there’s the others, annika and tamryn are my best friends, still have no idea who took who in but we stick together like fucking glue, thick as literal thieves, partners in crimes, all of them. then there’s mayumi, she’s like an older sister to me whether she likes me saying that or not, but, i did hear her say that i reminded her of one of her brother’s so, that’s a win in my book.

“and i guess that leaves theo, huh? jeez, now that’s a guy i’d never even think i’d grow attached to, but you know, he let’s me crash after a job and thankfully doesn’t ask questions. no but seriously, he’s the best person i’ve ever met─” there was a lovestruck look on his face. “he’s family but not in a platonic way, that would be fucking weird. but really, he’s an important part of my life and he’s stuck with me, but he doesn’t mind.”

───── what is your favourite childhood memory? “jeez, there’s a lot of them. i think the ones that stick out were the times when my mum would stay up with me when i couldn’t be bothered sleeping. she’d take me outside and we’d just sit while she pointed out the different constellations in the sky. it was really the only time that was ours, mainly because my younger siblings were less of a hassle but it was just a time where the two of us could sit and talk about anything without worried that someone would overhear.”

───── what is your least favourite childhood memory? “easy, when my brother was born,” he burst out laughing. “nah, i’m kidding. i don’t think there was really anything that was my least favourite childhood memory, my life got shitty during a adulthood. compared to other people, my childhood was fine and dandy. but if i had to say something, i think it was when daniel pushed me out of a fucking tree and i broke my arm upon landing, little shit had the audacity to laugh while i dragged my arse inside to tell my mum what happened.”
