#kinda gross bc im gonna talk about my period #<- had mine waking up today #ive never had cramps this brutal in idk how many years oh my god #good thing im alone so i can like. make audible noises of pain and stuff #i kept pacing around my house in pain #and vomit warning but i havent puked in more than five years bc it freaks me out and i Did today bc #the pain was so bad my body wanted to feel like it was rejecting jt #and ghen my nose started burning #but now its better #and instead of sleeping in my bedroom im sleeping .... in the living room bc i was pacing from so much pain #and i just had to sleep #i need a new mattress since the couch is more comfy #but jesus fucking christ this was Late arriving and extremely painful and i havent vomited in a long time and i was scared to choke 😐 #anyways i just woke up idk im fine now
