Like many I am very fond of the githyanki egg, it's my wittle baby. Naturally, I like to think about the hypothetical hatched child post-game.

I've personally dubbed the child 'Polaris' or simply 'Pol' for short.

My durge Sylas makes a surprisingly good dad (for a githyanki child at least).
