God I wish I'd written down what I used in this sauce. Eyeballed measurements of spices mean I keep Flowers For Algernoning my meals

#food #i forget if i had a food tag #anyway. from what i remember it was more cream cheese n less butter. seasonings had salt pepper onion powder cajun seasoning msg and parsel #milk too obv. butter cream cheese milk Parm are the basic ingredients of an alfredo (at least the kind i like) #the msg was an experiment and i dont know if it stands out well enough to know if it was worth it but it does leave an aftertaste #could have used a smidge more cajun i think. or just pepper #but adjusting the radio of butter to cream cheese means my sauce is EXTREMELY thick and rich #oh also i grabbed the wine bc i thought you were supposed to have red wine w pasta #but the bitter wine does nothing to soothe the salt from the pasta so instead i am slightly dying #i forge on tho #drunk rambles
