Going through my Exile posts, trying to piece together a more concrete timeline while keeping it accurate to what we already have, and this is... actually really helping! like. wow okay. And some questions I threw out into the void, I actually have answers for now! amazing

I know I have some Exile (and a DragonLight or two) asks already, but most are songs (which I love btw but. brain is relating music to my other brainrots rn instead of exile for some reason? even tho everything else comes back to Exile?? idk man), but any Exile thoughts/questions? Motivations, character relations, specific events, things like that?

I've got some new Crow, Saint, and potentially Ikora lore (potentially, because I'm not sure if I want to go that far in her guilt) i wanna explore some, but... not really sure how or what to even start with bc brain's refusing to give me anything coherent anymore. Everyone's on the plate tho lmao I need to flesh people out either way-

#orb rambles #i know I should be writing the stories but. i had a sudden burst of exile worldbuilding and my brain is screaming at me- #also slowly figuring out Shiro's place in the BL time. not sure what to do with him outside of it tho... #AND CAIATL. figuring out her and Zavala+Saladin's opinions of Wolf #Saladin. ive got the basics for. and we all know how I feel about Zavala in this #but Caiatl has to listen to so many different POVs of Wolf #Zavala grieving and confused about what happened #Saladin angry and unmoving #and she's still fresh from Calus. and his exile. and his manipulations #And then there's Crow too - going against everyone else and trying to forge a connection where all others were broken off #I... think she and Drifter actually have some of the clearest views of the situation #Crow's distant from the Vanguard and only has a few pieces of the puzzle. Cayde's distant and has no one else to lean on #so they're largely ignoring everyone else #Saint wants to believe Wolf had a good reason but only hears from a few people. so he mostly trusts Osiris' view #and Osiris was... in that coma for. awhile. So Saint barely trusts what he knows bc he was hearing from *Sav* not *Osiris* #so many characters so little time. and way too much lore and story to plot them through- #and here i go again with essays in my tags. dear god #i am too ill about exile to not do this
