In memory of @markagnesi's late great #WeirdassWednesday segments, here's a 1960s #BurnsLondon Jazz/Split Sound spotted at @capsulemusic #Toronto. . The pickup selector on this guitar has four settings: 1) split sound, 2) jazz, 3) treble, and, get this, 4) "wild dog". 🐕 Zoom in...I couldn't make this stuff up! Apparently the "Split Sound" setting is where the pickups are simultaneously outputting just the bass side of the neck pickup combined with just the treble side of the bridge pickup. However I have absolutely no idea what the "Wild Dog" setting gets you... 😄 .
