My Angel- Breeder x GN! Reader

My Angel 

-you were the first transformation he personally oversaw so he was there for everything, 

-learning to fly: he was there to make sure you didn’t fall

-When you had accidentally killed your first target because your hands were poisonous he smiled, told you it was ok and bought a pair of gloves for you 

-At first it was less loving and more just macabre fascination, like a new pet that you can’t help but play with and dote on 

-But then he realized that he actually enjoyed being with you

-He would blush whenever you smiled or told him about something you did that you were proud of 

-He just had this yearning sense to be touching you like holding your hand or your cheeks or leaning against you when you were sitting together 

-Breeder is very in touch with his emotions so he knew that he was in love with you, he was absolutely enthralled with you

-Not much changed after he made the discovery but he was touchier now

-If you did something that made him proud he’d squish your cheeks and kiss your forehead 

-He would also allow more freedom to move around 

-Instead of keeping you in your separate enclosure you would have free reign over the pet shop and you could go outside to the city when he was with you

“Darling are you here?” 

Breeder walked through the door into [Names] enclosure looking around for the butterfly, 

“I’ve got something nice for you.” 

he walked further, [Name] peeked out from behind one of the trees staring warily after him 

“ There’s my angel!” The breeder said outstretching his arms beaconing [Name] for a hug they stayed still. He frowned. He walked towards [Name] they slunk further behind the tree, wings flushed up against their back as if they were trying to make them disappear “Darling are you alright?” [Name] shook their head, Breeder frowned “will you come over here?” [Name] hesitated, then stepped forward. Breeder sat down on one of the rocks in the enclosure “Will you sit with me my angel?”  [Name] sat down, tensed up and curled into themself.

 “I’m sorry.” They said Breeder moved closer just close enough that he could feel the heat radiating from [Names] skin but not yet touching.”What for my angel?” [Name curled further into themself “I failed my mission, I promise I didn’t mean to I’m really sorry-”

 Breeder pressed his lips to their effectively quieting them down. “It’s alright my love, I could never get mad at you.” he sighed against their lips “I do have something that might help though ” he pulled a box from his coat pocket, and handed it to them “for whenever you feel like you're losing control” [Name] opened the box and pulled out a pair of black wrist length gloves Breeder took one of the gloves and pulled it onto their hand, “you are the most spectacular creature I’ve ever seen” he sighed kissing their knuckles. 

[Name] smiled. 

“I love you.”
