Welcome to our latest project...the Duplex. 🏠 Home renovations will be remaining as one of my avenues of creativity in 2020 as my husband and I are restoring this duplex to rent out. We went from idea, to accepted offer, and mortgage in 14 days last month. But don’t worry...I’m not moving.
