It is a truism in SL that there is little for men in the way of fashion. It may be true in most places, but at the UAC Medieval Faire for Relay For Life, you can find a LOT of men’s clothing and accessories. I decided to blog about two of the many stores offering men a choice at the faire: Tayren’s Fantasy Fashion (TFF) and Black Larl Design (BLD). I also used a male avi I have in my inventory for such times as this – getting in touch with my masculine side, lol!

First is TFF’s offerings for men, which come complete with accessories such as shoes, hats, hair, etc. The Elemental Alchemist Male, shown in Red and Green, also comes in Blue and Purple, and includes a rune-decorated tunic, sandals, bag to carry potions and supplies, and a hat. The Baroque Male comes with shoes, stockings, jacket, long waistcoat and cravat, and the powdered wig men of that period wore. Both will help you look not only accurate for the time period, but awesome as well! I used certain Image Essentials (IE) poses for these outfits from the Vogue Idea poses.

BLD has three offerings (among others) for men looking for tough-guy clothing for rp – outfits with tons of straps and leather for the biker-assassin-soldier-etc. inside you! First is Gunner in Dark Brown vest and pants and arm straps with boots. Hunter in Black is a bit more colorful, with touches of red in the top, mask, scarf, detached arm sleeves and pants with boots. The last, Adversarial in Black, comes with long coat, pants and boots. All of these would be fantastic for almost any RP you can think of! I used IE Anna 4 and 5 poses for some of the outfits.

Now after all that testosterone, I really had to get back in touch with my feminine side! Thank goodness I had some femme stuff to blog – trying to put myself in the other sex’s head was giving me a bit of a headache. *grins* So, off I went to get back into my female skin and blog the gorgeous fashions from Le Fashion Whore, S0H0E and Blossom, and a rockin’ cool eyepatch from Petit Chat! As you can see below, the Natalie top changes color and patterns as well as the ruffle, the Shelly shorts change to different color denim fabric, the Miley flip flops change color and pattern on the sides of the platform. Even the Nightfall eyepatch changes color! The outfit and shoes come in all standard size mesh bodies and classic bodies. I will tell you, taking pictures for blogging can be hot work! So I decided to cool down in the waterfall near my house on our family’s land; the Malibu one-piece swimsuit from Blossom was just what I needed! This sexy strapless swimsuit has a cutout center that can have a superfine mesh panel, white panel, black panel, or none at all. The swimsuit itself has color change on the main suit and trim. I thought the IE Soft Caress poses were absolutely perfect for standing in a waterfall, the water cascading down and cooling me off. The Malibu swimsuit can be found at the Blossom main store:

It is a truism in SL that there is little for men in the way of fashion. It may be true in most places, but at the UAC Medieval Faire for Relay For Life, you can find a LOT of men’s clothing and accessories. I decided to blog about two of the many stores offering men a choice at the faire: Tayren’s Fantasy Fashion (TFF) and Black Larl Design (BLD). I also used a male avi I have in my inventory for such times as this – getting in touch with my masculine side, lol!

First is TFF’s offerings for men, which come complete with accessories such as shoes, hats, hair, etc. The Elemental Alchemist Male, shown in Red and Green, also comes in Blue and Purple, and includes a rune-decorated tunic, sandals, bag to carry potions and supplies, and a hat. The Baroque Male comes with shoes, stockings, jacket, long waistcoat and cravat, and the powdered wig men of that period wore. Both will help you look not only accurate for the time period, but awesome as well! I used certain Image Essentials (IE) poses for these outfits from the Vogue Idea poses.

BLD has three offerings (among others) for men looking for tough-guy clothing for rp – outfits with tons of straps and leather for the biker-assassin-soldier-etc. inside you! First is Gunner in Dark Brown vest and pants and arm straps with boots. Hunter in Black is a bit more colorful, with touches of red in the top, mask, scarf, detached arm sleeves and pants with boots. The last, Adversarial in Black, comes with long coat, pants and boots. All of these would be fantastic for almost any RP you can think of! I used IE Anna 4 and 5 poses for some of the outfits.

Now after all that testosterone, I really had to get back in touch with my feminine side! Thank goodness I had some femme stuff to blog – trying to put myself in the other sex’s head was giving me a bit of a headache. *grins* So, off I went to get back into my female skin and blog the gorgeous fashions from Le Fashion Whore, S0H0E and Blossom, and a rockin’ cool eyepatch from Petit Chat! As you can see below, the Natalie top changes color and patterns as well as the ruffle, the Shelly shorts change to different color denim fabric, the Miley flip flops change color and pattern on the sides of the platform. Even the Nightfall eyepatch changes color! The outfit and shoes come in all standard size mesh bodies and classic bodies. I will tell you, taking pictures for blogging can be hot work! So I decided to cool down in the waterfall near my house on our family’s land; the Malibu one-piece swimsuit from Blossom was just what I needed! This sexy strapless swimsuit has a cutout center that can have a superfine mesh panel, white panel, black panel, or none at all. The swimsuit itself has color change on the main suit and trim. I thought the IE Soft Caress poses were absolutely perfect for standing in a waterfall, the water cascading down and cooling me off. The Malibu swimsuit can be found at the Blossom main store:
