couldn’t sleep last night so i was watching some of those boss vs boss videos and there was a “can the bosses raid the haligtree” video. they had to make their way across loretta’s arena and kill a bunch of enemies and bosses. first a rot flower, then triple crystalians, then loretta, then a rot avatar, then duo clean rot knights, and finally malenia. only two managed to get to malenia and only malenia herself was able to clear the whole thing (no surprise there).

but the most fascinating one was godrick. dude got killed by the flower 😐

#some times those videos are actually good #though the guy who makes them is an actual loser #constantly complaining in the comments about the results #bitching that malenia’s hyper armor gives her the edge all the time #which is the wrong thing to be complaining about because it’s her heal and the rot that usually gives her the advantage #and it’s not only her but maliketh’s destined death melts everyone in like two seconds #and godfreys stomp plus massive aoe destroying everything #and radahn’s meteor doing like 12k damage #and when they've got mohg's nihil enabled he just kills the boss in one go and heals himself back to full lol #so many bosses have these op mechanics that help them #the comments on the elden ring videos are always full of people crying and complaining #the ds3 ones were never this bad holy shit
