#bishaten and goss harag are fun to fight

i've been playing monster hunter rise nonstop lately so i had to draw my gang! up top is my palamute Ginko, my hunter there in the middle is named Renji, and my palico is Kikuyu

So before we get our first rise update I wanna talk about the base game. More specifically my favorite monsters. So here are my top 5.

5: nargacuga, this has always been one of my favorite monsters, especially being a dual blade main I love fights where the monster and I are zooming around the map.

4: bishaten. At first I thought this was a meh monster however it’s grown on me. I especially love the fruit mechanics and the fact you can knock the fruit out and use it for yourself.

3: Goss Harag. I originally hated this monster but I can to love it. The icing of its hands to be its own pair of dual blades, its brutal attitude, the fact it looks like Barry the chopper.

2: mizutsune. Now for perhaps my favorite monster of all time. If it’s your favorite why is it here? Because as much fun as it is to fight slip sliding around and general chaos risking reward vs punishment with the healing and buffing bubbles it’s a good time, as well as its apex form being a good challenge.

1: Rakna-kadaki. This monster is an absolute blast, literally...her blasts of fire to keep you away, her using her babies as her own wire bugs to move, her creepy ass head movements, and the fact she is armored by webs is all great. She provides me with a speedy fight, mechanics that keep me on my toes, rear strength to make me worry. It’s a wonderful fight. However she’s not my favorite monster of all the series because there are things holding her back for me, not used much in crafting so no reason to farm her, ok armor but as someone who doesn’t use ammo weapons it’s useless to me, after the third fight she’s really easy to predict.

So yeah I’ll make another one once we get all title updates or if we get another expansion like we did for world with iceborne.
