Daddy Daughter Days, Part 2
I told Persephone today about these secret moments betwen Freya and her daddy that I've been capturing. She just laughed with me at the idea of the King of Asgard sitting on the floor with our toddler painting his face. She thought it was the cutest thing and had to see the photos. Perse told me, of course, that I have to share the photos on my Instagram. I told her I'd think about it.
Perse excitedly shared pictures of Hades with their children. Who would have thought these proud, strong men would have children that would wrap them around their chubby little fingers. It is so sweet and endearing.
When I got home I found Freya doing Daddy's makeup again and had to capture the moment. Loki has gotten used to me taking pictures of he and Freya, but I don't think the thought ever crossed his mind that I might want to share them with anyone. I looked through all these beautiful moments, but when I got to last month's picture I burst out laughing at the total shock on Loki's face. It was priceless! I knew then I had to share them.
Loki asked what I was laughing at. I showed him the photo, and what I planned to do. All the color drained from his face (well his natural color anyway!). He propped himself up on one elbow and in a very low, but serious tone he said, "Don't. You. Dare!" Though it was hard to take him serious with all that makeup, and I couldn't stop laughing.
Freya of course was in her happy place as she revealed her masterpiece. "Mommy, doesn't Daddy look pretty?" she asked. I stifled my laugh for a moment and smiled brightly at Freya. "He does indeed, Little One." Just before he got up I took another couple photos of Loki and added some playful captions. Loki was NOT nearly as amused as I was.
After Loki washed his face I took one final photo, and I knew I was done for. The look on his face told me if I posted this he would torture me mercilessly.
I decided it was worth the risk and told him I already posted it. I'll let you know if I survive. 😉

I asked Bing AI to observe Loy Krathong, but he invited animals to join me.

That shiny metal ball finally posed for me tonight. It likes Dalle-3 via Bing the best. At least for realistic renderings of water and metal.
