Need help picking chop saw for cutting aluminum

I'm looking for a chop saw for cutting aluminum for production, so a nice clean cut that requires no filing or deburring after is extremely important. Problem is that we are sharing a warehouse with other businesses, and we want to minimize how much noise and chips we generate.

I'm leaning towards the Evolution Rage4 7-1/4" chop saw. It is rated a full 20db less than its bigger 14" brother, which is pretty significant if that were actually true. It's also pretty affordable and seems to give a clean cut.

One concern is cut size. We have a L-shaped profile that is 3x3, which is suppose to exceed the saw's capacity. However since it is a L, I think if we orientated it where the concave side is facing the saw, we would be ok. This is what the profile looks like:

Another concern is creating a fence/support to hold the extrusions. We get our extrusions delivered in 19' segments, which we then need to cut down to 24-60". I'm thinking one of fastcap's bestfence systems will work:

I would also like to build a full enclosure for this to contain the chips and hopefully dampen the noise even more. Actuating the handle will be tricky, but I have a solution in mind. Still, I don't know if there are good examples online of people who have tried this. The closest I can find is this:

However when researching online, I found all sorts of stuff talking about cold-saws, wet saws, etc etc. I'm not really sure what kind of applications need those as they get pretty expensive. I think my material is pretty 'light' as far as this stuff goes.
