Both can be sold for money. Credit is appreciated if you do create adopts or bases. Q: Can I use them as my sona/mascot or for story purposes? A: Yes! They can be placed in any type story, regardless of genre or themes. Q: Can they have different hairstyles? A: THEY CAN HAVE ANY HAIRSTYLE!! I didn't drew them with hair in their guide to have their appearances as basic as possible. Their mane can connect to their hair, or not, or it can be totally absent while only having hair. It's up to you!

Q: What type of jewelry and clothing do they wear? A: Anything your heart desires; any style, any colors and types. Imagination is your limit~ Q: What colors can they have? A: Their colors range from natural (browns, grays, whites etc.) to bird plumage styled colors (hummingbirds, birds of paradise, peacocks etc.) I highly recommend using irl photography of birds and reptiles as inspiration for their makings and coloring. There is no limit to how they can look! Just keep in mind to not make their coloring have ONLY strong or bright neon colors (they're in most cases used as small highlights for their eyes or specific small patterns).

Q: Can they have a mix of feathers and fur? A: Yes! They can either have both feathers anf fur, only fur or only feathers! Feathers are typically found around their tail, head (crest) and chest. Q: What species classification do they have? A: They are considered Aves (the bird class), being a more modern and evolved relative of birds. They can sometimes display more reptile features, especially around their face (lack of fur and feathers).

Catania, 28 Lug 2017 - di Giuseppe Marino - Il carrello dell'aereo scivola su un pezzo di storia, il piazzale della base militare di Sigonella dove avieri e carabinieri circondarono i marines per rispettare il patto con Abu Abbas e sottrarre alla galera americana i dirottatori dell'Achille Lauro. Una eco di quella levata d'orgoglio nazionale si avverte nelle parole dei militari dell'Aeronautica italiana che popolano la base: «Smettete di chiamarla americana: loro sono affittuari di una parte della base, che rappresenta la prima industria siciliana».

Aperto ufficialmente il parco Idroscalo di Desenzano del Garda, circa 12mila metri quadrati di verde vista lago.

Tutta l’area dell’ex Idroscalo dello storico Reparto alta velocità di Desenzano  (circa 41.000 mq) è da un secolo proprietà del Ministero della Difesa e da oggi una porzione di questo stupendo spazio affacciato sul lago (grande quasi quanto l’area verde della Spiaggia d’oro) è fruibile da tutti i desenzanesi e ospiti della città.

In un soleggiato sabato di primavera, accompagnati dalla Banda di Desenzano e alla presenza delle autorità civili e militari, molti cittadini hanno potuto godere di quello che il colonnello Davide Re del 6° Stormo di Ghedi ha definito «un vero angolo di paradiso».

Questo luogo è legato lago e alla storia del reparto alta velocità e, in particolare, al nome del maresciallo Francesco Agello che conquistò il record mondiale di velocità raggiungendo i 709,209 km orari ed entrando così nella storia del volo.

In memoria dell’epoca del Rav, il 1° ottobre 1967 fu inaugurato in piazza Matteotti il monumento agli aviatori del Reparto Alta Velocità. Il Giornale di Brescia ne dava notizia su quattro colonne riportando puntualmente tutti gli interventi, aperti dal sindaco Tullio Zago e conclusi dal Gen. Aldo Remondino in rappresentanza del Ministero della Difesa. Così l’anonimo cronista chiudeva l’articolo: «Al termine dell’applaudito intervento del Capo di Stato Maggiore, gli avieri, i parenti dei Caduti e i numerosi cittadini presenti hanno compiuto una visita all’ex Idroscalo ricco di tante memorie del reparto Alta velocità. Il bellissimo parco, ha auspicato il Sindaco di Desenzano, starebbe bene aperto al pubblico». Mezzo secolo dopo, l’auspicio del sindaco di allora è diventato realtà.

L’attuale sindaco Rosa Leso ha ringraziato per questo traguardo i colonnelli Antonio Saraceni e Davide Re, presenti all’apertura, e l’ex comandante del 6° Stormo di Ghedi Andrea Di Pietro, che «con l’amministrazione comunale hanno condiviso un percorso intelligente e l’obiettivo di valorizzare di una zona pressoché inutilizzata dell’idroscalo, per metterne una parte a beneficio di tutti i cittadini. Un percorso durato più di tre anni e che oggi consegna ai desenzanesi un luogo di relax e di socializzazione, dove godere del lago e del nostro territorio. Un posto dove si aprono lo spirito, la mente e il cuore».

Anche il colonnello Antonio Saraceni ha così sottolineato l’importanza del percorso condiviso: «Quando non ci si fa la guerra, ma si collabora, nel nostro Paese si possono raggiungere risultati molto positivi. Ringrazio la giunta di Desenzano per aver saputo sempre dialogare».

Tutta l’area dell’ex Idroscalo, circa 41.000 mq, è da un secolo di proprietà del Ministero della Difesa e il Comune non poteva disporne in alcun modo. Con la nascita, nel 2010, di Difesa Servizi Spa, qualcosa è cambiato. Costituita come società per azioni del Ministero della Difesa, Difesa Servizi può operare come soggetto giuridico di diritto privato per la gestione economica di beni e servizi non legati all’operatività delle FF.AA.

In base a una concessione siglata nel 2015 tra Difesa Servizi S.p.A. e il Comune di Desenzano, una parte non più d’interesse operativo per l’Aeronautica, è stata messa a disposizione della città. Un’area verde che si affaccia direttamente sul lago di Garda e unisce richiamo a luoghi di memoria storica, rilievo turistico e utilità per la comunità locale.

L’accordo prevede che il Comune disponga di una porzione di circa 12.000 mq di area verde dietro versamento di un canone poco più che simbolico di 1.000 euro annuali fino al 2034, con possibilità di rinnovo. Resta invece al demanio l’immobile principale (villa Sparavieri), mentre l’alloggio dell’ex custode – abbandonato da tempo e completamente da ristrutturare – entra nella disponibilità del Comune.

In anni recenti l’area era stata utilizzata come circolo ricreativo per i militari e deposito logistico a servizio del 6° Stormo dell’Aeronautica militare con base a Ghedi. Ma al suo interno non è rimasto nulla di valore storico.

Nel marzo 2017 il Consiglio comunale di Desenzano ha approvato la variante al Piano di governo del territorio (Pgt), prevedendo per gli hangar una destinazione turistico-ricettiva che, ove ci sia un progetto condiviso, consentirà l’uso delle attuali superfici a fronte di una riduzione dei volumi da più di 17.000 a circa 12.000 metri cubi.

La caratteristica più importante del nuovo parco è quella di collegare il percorso pedonale a lago Desenzano-Rivoltella, di prossimo completamento, con la passeggiata ciclo-pedonale parallela a viale Motta e via Dal Molin. Il parco, con vialetti in terra battuta, è illuminato con lampioncini a led e arredato con panchine e tavolini. È stata mantenuta la piantumazione attuale, ricca di essenze centenarie d’alto fusto.

L’area Villio – Sparavieri

L’area dove sorse il Reparto alta velocità era a cavallo tra i comuni di Rivoltella e Desenzano sul lago: il confine era costituito da un fosso, chiamato Vallone, che separava l’area militare dalla proprietà privata confinante a ovest, appartenente alla Contessa Sparavieri. Con espropri e acquisizioni le due particelle furono riunite. Ai primi del ‘900 l’area dell’Idroscalo, nel Comune di Rivoltella, era di proprietà del Conte Pietro Villio; nel 1905 passò ad Antonietta Zanella vedova Pace e nel 1914 alla figlia Maria per realizzare l’aeroporto “Lionello Caffaratti”. Nel 1918 il terreno di 16.157 mq venne espropriato con Decreto prefettizio e intestato al Demanio pubblico dello Stato, prima al ramo guerra e poi, nel 1932, al ramo aeronautica.

L’area del parco, di 26.250 mq, si trovava invece nel Comune di Desenzano sul lago e rimase di proprietà del Conte Luigi Sparavieri fino al 1911, quando per successione passò alla figlia Eleonora Sparavieri. Nel 1931 fu venduta al Demanio dello Stato (ramo aeronautica) per 600.000 lire.

L’immobile – come riportato nel contratto di compravendita – era costituito da una casa padronale di tre piani più un fabbricato per la servitù (l’attuale Villa Sparavieri al centro del parco), una casa di due piani per il custode (sul confine ovest del parco, di fronte all’ex Sesto Senso), terreni tenuti a parco con abeti, pioppi ed alberi da frutta, un vigneto.

L’Idroscalo di Motta e Agello è sorto dunque su una preesistente area del demanio militare, detto “necessario” o “naturale” a sottolineare il carattere di non commerciabilità.
