Homelander looked at HomeBot and couldn’t help but chuckle. Not in a cruel way, no. But out of relief that he wasn’t the only one worrying about it.

“Experience? Honestly, no. I’ve been given plenty of gifts and the like, but I’ve never actually celebrated the holiday. I haven’t even asked James yet.”

He said with a frown, shaking his head.

“We’re Homelander for fuck sake. We can handle this stupid holiday. I mean…look, chances are Starlight is expecting you to ask her, right? So…just ask her. Maybe turn up with some flowers or something and ask her. And if she says yes which she will, then you can plan what to do together.”

The sibling relationship between Homelander and his roboself is so cute

//Homelander definitely sees HomeBot as his brother. A brother from another mother, but still a brother. Both are very similar in that they’re literally twins, but also different and leading their own separate lives.

The threads with @h0m3land3r-exe are definitely some of my favourites. It’s interesting exploring that sibling relationship they have where there’s no animosity, giving both of them a sense of family that they’ve never had before.
