Around the World Legacy Challenge

The Sims 4 Legacy Challenge

A ten-generation legacy challenge based on different countries in the world. All packs are need for this challenge. Made by @Carolyn_Plays on Twitter

Basic Rules:

· One Heir per generation, decide however you like.

· Can live anywhere you like, unless otherwise stated by generation

· Must complete each generation rules

Back Story: Growing up you loved hearing the stories of all the places your grandparents traveled in their early years together. The hour-long story adventure they would tell about the people, the food, the music and the history and being together would amaze you. You knew that you wanted this type of adventure for yourself and family to be carried on for generations. Now I’m a young adult and grandparents have long passed away and parents in their old age have experienced so much. Now it being my turn my parents told me that my grandparents left me a trust to claim on my 21st birthday for $34,000 and now it’s time to collect.

Generation 1: United States

Aspiration: Fabulously Wealthy

Trait: Squeamish & Paranoid

Career: Business

Being paranoid makes it hard for me to travel. So instead of traveling I collect post cards from my pen pals.

Rules:

· Leave home as a young adult

· Marry as an adult

· Set household funds to $34,000

· Have at least 2 children (with same sim)

· Collect all postcards

· Complete career and aspiration

Generation 2: Canada

Aspiration: Outdoor Enthusiast

Trait: Loves the Outdoors

Career: Gardener

Having a paranoid parent made traveling so difficult so I love spending time outside.

Rules:

· Go camping as child once

· As young adult must take a 2-day camping trip every season

· Adopt baby raccoon

· Master Cooking Skill by grilling only and Master Herbalism Skill

· Complete aspiration and career

Generation 3: Japan

Aspiration: Nerd Brain

Trait: Geek

Career: Your Choice

Ugh having to endure camping for fun sucked but I did learn that I loved the snow, so I moved to the mountains of Japan.

Rules:

· Play void critter as kid

· Complete void critter collection

· Complete Simmies collection

· Live in Mt. Komorebi

· Marry someone the complete opposite of you

· Complete aspiration and career

Generation 4: Africa

Aspiration: The Curator

Trait: Your Choice

Career: No real job. Sell (Crystals and metals only) Sales Table

Frost bite way too much, give me everlasting summer and heat.

Rules:

· Move to Oasis Springs

· Complete Metals & Crystal Collection

· Spouse allowed to work

· Master Baking and Charisma Skill

· Complete aspiration

Generation 5: France

Aspiration: Serial Romantic

Trait: Noncommittal

Career: Your Choice

Summer heat, summer love. I want all the love I can so that means multiple partners, right?

Rules:

· As teen have 2 boyfriends/girlfriends

· Have a husband/wife and a boyfriend/girlfriend

· Master Cooking, Baking, and Gourmet Cooking skill

· Set household funds to 25,000

· Complete aspiration and career

Generation 6: Fiji

Aspiration: Angling Ace

Trait: Lazy

Career: Fisherman

Give me salty air and fresh food to live off of in my perfect island life

Rules:

· Live in Sulani

· Live off the grid

· Complete the fish collection

· Have 1 child max all toddler skills and get 1 skill to level 10

· Complete career and aspiration

Generation 7: Mexico

Aspiration: Musical Genius

Trait: Dog Lover

Career: Mixologist

Never allowed to have pets because of your parent’s allergies you decided to have 2 of them for yourself

Rules:

· Have 3 chihuahuas

· Master guitar and mixology skills

· Have 3 children

· Visit every Flea Market in your lifetime and buy one item every time

· Complete career and aspiration

Generation 8: Greenland

Aspiration: Your Choice

Trait: Kleptomaniac

Career: No Job

My parents ignored me and my siblings and cared for the dogs more, so I left home in the dead of winter with a $100

Rules:

· Leave home as a teen

· Set household funds to 100

· Survive the winter as a homeless teen

· Live in Brindleton Bay

· Adopt a cat from the streets

· Max the Mischief skill

· Complete aspiration

· Get married when you have full house for yourself, Spouse can work

· (Full house must haves1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 office space)

Generation 9: El Salvador

Aspiration: One from Jungle Adventure

Trait: Kleptomaniac

Career: Criminal

My parent left home at a young age and stole to survive, and I picked up the bad habit and travel to Selvadora for the Magic Berries to sell back home

Rules:

· Vacation 2 days every season in Selvadorada

· Have romance with Selvadoradan local

· Have child with local

· Collect all local plants (9 total) and have a small green house

· Max Archeology Skill

· Max Selvadoradian Culture Skill

Generation 10: Romania

Aspiration: Vampire Family

Trait: Your Choice

Career: Your Choice

On you journeys to Selvadora with the family you loved the local legends of vampires so you made it your mission to find out if they were real and you did and know you are one and want to continue the legacy.

Rules:

· Live in Forgotten Hollow

· Master Vampire Lore and Piano

· Collect Snow Globes and have them on display

· Despise 2 of Vampire turned Children

· Get married twice

· Have at least 3children
