Are you worrying yourself sick? Constant thoughts of things that you are concerned about? This can have a devastating effect on your health by raising cortisol levels (stress hormone) in the body and shortening your life. It is time to release those thoughts and lighten the stress load in your body! Make a worry box! Find a box with a lid on it, clearly mark it "Worry Box". You can make this box as elaborate or as plain as you like, all that matters is that is says Worry Box on it. Every time you have a worry or concern come into your mind, write it down, place it in the worry box and affirm "I release this worry from my mind".  This is an ongoing project not an overnight fix but, I promise you that with each worry you release from your mind, there will be more space for positive thoughts and energy to flow into your life! You see, worry blocks the positive flow of energy and takes us away from out natural state of balance.
