anyways instead of talking about her let’s talk about the horrible unprecedented wildfires that are currently raging across the island of maui and ruining the homes of kamakana ali’i who are being forced to relocate to oahu—and how fucking expensive it is to sustain a living compared to the wages of jobs that kama’aina often work. oahu is already cramped but to have so many more come from a BIGGER island?

#like im sure it’s all going to be in some museum some day or whatever #but honestly what a fucking waste if you only wear it once or twice #multiple outfits for every single show. every SONG #that’s kind of insane to me #idk the extent of it bc im not in the mood to go through concert footage #bc i genuinely dont care that much but it’s like girl……YOU are the carbon footprint #most artists perform in One outfit for the whole show #it’s really amazing to me how much money she has #how much she ruins the environment. and how little she cares about helping it at all #anyways. ive never in my life seen wildfires in the islands. not of this magnitude and not on that island #the employed population is majority blue collar #i just worry about them. and from my privileged point of view i wish there was anything i could do #i wish i knew how to help. i was just there
