Barn Anon. Soooo... another sorta two part-er. Decided to stroll back to the horror-ish side of this.

You whimper as pain flares at your side. You hear screams echoing outside the cell you're in. You were just taking a short cut! You thought your Ultramarine's insistence on you only taking one specific route to school was just one of his quirks. You didn't know that there were warbands of feral Chaos Marines out and about, that your Ultramarines and the others in the area had established a territory that was safe for their humans.

Another scream rings out. You know you aren't the only human in this horrifying bloodstained hellhole. You saw some in other cells and cages when the Chaos Marine that caught you had dragged you in. But why? You know there are Chaos Marines that have humans, why is this warband doing whatever they're doing? Does it mean those nutjobs that are anti-Space Marines are right? S-should you be wary of all Space Marines including your own Ultramarine?

You shrink back and try to make yourself look as small as possible when heavy footsteps echo out. The other humans in other cells have gone silent as well, except for the one that's screaming a few rooms away. Metal grinding as a cell door swings open. Begging that soon gives way to hysterical shouts and useless pleads for mercy that doesn't exist within the Chaos Marine. The shouting grows quieter as the human is dragged away for who knows what. You want to ask where and what's going on but you're too scared to talk. The other humans in the other cells are similarly silent or had gone raving mad.

Will say on this Human Killers do exist in my head canon. They go against the sort of warp fuckery right? Or they're aware something is wrong and take it upon themselves to free their brothers or cousins from this madness....

(Okay so I lied with only posting part one I had to add some flair to it)

A small warband had formed as they stole too many humans at once. A bonded chaos warband's leader's human had their child taken... a berserkers human was missing... a night lord was missing his charge... it wasn't just the loyalists that were missing humans it seemed a lot more chaos astartes were missing their charge... the loyalists were on the small end.

The Chaos Dreadnaught lumbered after its warband as the Ultramarine looked to the others with him all of them nervous... holding back the Khornites and Berserkers who were frothing and ready to go after the first strung up corpse was seen... it was after the first bonded astartes found his charge dead was when things went to hell quickly.

The Word Bearer had stopped and was torn it looked like between how their charge had been strung up much like an Imperial citizen being offered to the Chaos gods having experienced a horrifying and slow death... they were torn leaving it up and taking them down. Whatever madness held the astartes in its grasp won as he delicately took down his charge gently weeping.

The bellow of despair from a fallen blood angel as they held a small broken body in their arms. How their fangs elongated and their eyes black and bleeding as they worked themselves up into a frenzy snarling... Blood for the Blood god... over and over and over again.

Ok but for you Hage Cryptids AU, let's imagine that humanity and the Clover Kingdom are miracuslously still here despite Asta and Liebe's anti-magic not being in the Magic Knights to save the day. I know it would be near impossible but let's try to imagine.

Like in canon, the Magic Knights try to gather information on devils and curse (why ? Well I guess it would depend on how you imagine things have played out in this AU before but it could be either because of Zagreed, the expansion of the Spade Kingdom or because the curse that was put on member of royals family was finally discovered).

I would say say that the Black Bulls are given that task, because it will made the future events funnier. So they go to Gordon's house, still like canon, but now they also see Licita's curse on the map Gordon's dad has done. They go investigate and since Yuno is from the Forsaken Realm he's asked to come with them. The Black Bulls clearly didn't want this but let's just say that Julius forced their hands lol : without Asta in the Bulls their impressions of Yuno is basically "Golden Dawn boy that look down on us".

AND THAT IMAGE IS NOT GONNA IMPROVE. Because if they're searching information on demons, it's clearly in the goals of defeating them so Yuno can't just lead the Black Bulls to where Liebe lives. So I can see him just taking off on his own in the middle of the Forsaken Realm, leaving his companion to fend off for themselves.

He would just go to Licita's house, ask questions to Liebe's on the demons and some detail on Licita's curses. And then wait for the BB to arrive in Hage with Asta to intercept them before they can see Liebe or even Licita it may or may not be a pretext to spend time with Asta too. Meanwhile the Black Bulls would be soooo pissed off to have to find the correct town via rumors and children song only discover Yuno who already finished the interrogation and is ready to make a report to Julius. They would be so mad ajnvfhbfnbjfbn.

TL; dr : I'm so sorry I swear it was never supposed to be this detailed and long it was supposed to be just about to be how Yuno ditched the Black Bulls to go see Asta, leaving our fav squad to search the place with the children song that was in that one comic you wrote back then, only to find a Yuno chilling with his friend and family with the mission already done and waiting for them to return so they can make their report to the Wizard King, asjdnvfhbn sorry again (I got other stuff like that if you want *nervously fidget*)
