(thinking abt talking to my psych) ahh hes probably right to doubt my previous diagnosis, the symptoms of which ive almost all dutifully concealed from him so he wont think im insane, im sure i just made it up for attention despite how i was in denial of it for years, and i actually just fooled the people who had me on watch 24/7 for a year and a half into thinking i had psychosis. (makes a list of present and past delusions to tell my psych about) oh wait this is crazy person stuff!

#97 #every time lol #i often see ppl whose disorders are all self-diagnosed talking abt how they want a pro dx so they wont feel like an imposter #and im like oh honey.. you can have a completely solid pro dx and still think youre faking if you distrust yourself enough! #same thing happens w did but i have an easier fix for it #'if all my alters are just an act im putting on then why dont i remember assaulting someone when i was 14 #and was unaware that it happened at the time and for months until a friend told me about it' #and well. yeah thatll do it lol. #(when i say assaulted i mean my alter was violent with someone on one occasion. no one was seriously hurt.) #(feel like i gotta specify bc im v paranoid about my words being taken out of context to paint me in a worse light.)
