Obviously I was in a dream state but I literally thought that Mirio and Tamaki had in fact kissed back during or after their involvement in the UA coffin battle some chapters ago

And it was in the style of Victurri kiss at the end of Yuri on Ice. But more of a "you're alive/we're alive," "I just realized how much I love you" sort of vibe to it.
