#my brain fog has been so unbelievably bad since we got covid the first week of 2022 #and i mean ive always had brain fog/memory issues bc of adhd #but it has just become such a hindrance of my daily life its incredibly frustrating #i lose my train of thought and dont even REMOTELY know what we were talking about like we may as well not have been speaking #i do not remember most of 2022. like i would have to sit here and genuinely think to remember even 5 days/events of last year #my reading is SO slow slower than it has even been and i'll my head will start to hurt/my vision gets blurry if i read too long #and i try not to hypochondriac myself into thinking its alzheimers/dementia bc obviously its not that #but my memory is so bad and i forget so much that sometimes i get scared im losing it #op
