Objects diagnosed with METD-1A have difficulties using magic. The magic threshold of those with this disability is much lower than normal, causing their magic to be relatively weak. Whilst they can still learn how to use magic, it is often much harder than normal and even then, they cannot reach the 'advanced mastery' level. Furthermore, if they use too much magic, it may cause severe strain to the user, leading to weakness and fatigue.
