one of the minor inconveniences of all the miracles of T is that so many of my shirts are now tight around the shoulders/upper arms because of increased upper body muscle lmao

#im not even mad i like having more upper body strength #its just a super minor thing ive been noticing that so many shirts fit different #and being adhd with sensory things means tight clothing is Not A Fun Time and Very Uncomfortable #so I either have to donate/give away those shirts or cut the arms off and make DIY tanks out of them #personal #hello this is your captain speaking
