When you write an AU of a television show where a character of color was shown to be a powerful and good leader and in your AU, he not only is described as 'having no authority' but also insensitive to other's needs, slightly dim, and a terrible cook for no other reason but to show your distaste for the original material, YOU MIGHT BE ACTING RACIST.

When you write an AU of a television program where a white character disliked and was afraid of your favorite character while a character of color showed patience and compassion for your favorite character, but those roles are suddenly reversed without actually changing the plot points that come from these attitudes, YOU MIGHT BE ACTING RACIST.
