Crafting update: I did not craft anything sewn, knitted, crocheted, or embroidered today, but I did make dulce de leche! 

#the person behind the yarn #food mention #I had two new (ish) allergy asthma triggers this week #one testing if it really is coconuts I'm allergic to (it is) #and one involving a kitchen accident and the accidental vaporizing of something I already knew I was allergic to #and it turns out if I breathe it in while still recovering from the coconut thing #talking too loud (like. say. normal speaking volume) has about a 50% chance of making me start coughing #I will be okay it has just been a learning experience of a week so I took a day off crafting #BUT there's no ice cream in the freezer I can eat (related to the whole coconut thing) #and I did not feel like chopping apples for muffins so...dulce de leche! #maybe I'll make muffins tomorrow #the dulce de leche is the 'made with milk and sugar on the stovetop' kind not the 'cooking a sealed can of sweetened condensed milk' version #I am sure that version is good I am just to concerned about the possibility of it exploding
