Oh I hate being myself…

#social anxiety sucks #I have my department end of the year party tomorrow #and I already had several anxiety attacks because I don’t wanna go but I said I was going so I feel like I need to go #but evertly time someone sends a message about said party my heart just start beating faster and I start to double thinking #and I just like two people that are going to be there the others I don’t give a f*ck about….. and it’s going to be at one of their houses…. #I really don’t wanna go but I can’t stop myself from thinking what others will be thinking of me #even tho I know they probably don’t give a shit… #amd my work friends are going and they are the main reason I’m beating myself so much… because I already turn down most of their offers… #because again.. social anxiety.. #I HATE MYSELF!!!!!
