Relishing the moment

#so busy lately wowie #just been working a lot but I love my job so that helps #I have missed being a barista so much #can’t believe I’m paid just to make pretty coffees all day #ever since marie switched to bartending I’ve been head barista n everyone is so nice 2 me #I usually work mornings tho and uli works nights so our schedules are flip flopped #but it’s still rlly nice to work at the same place #also we made friends with our gm Amanda and she’s rlly cool and we have a lot in common #I never make work friends I actually hang out with outside of work #but she uli and I went to valley fair a couple weeks ago it was sooooo much fun #I had a very negative opinion on valley fair bc of the one time I did go there #I got to ride 1 roller coaster and sit at a table by myself 60% of the few hours I was there #bc my ex was drinking and I was not 21 yet so I couldn’t go into the bar #like it just sucked I wanted to have fun but instead sat by myself and then my ex made us leave bc ‘it was cold’ #but this time around was a blast we rode like every single ride and uli bought me a giant plush snoopy #and Amanda also took me to get hello kitty boba at tiger sugar #she’s so nice I’m kinda proud to have another friend bc my only other friend is joci and she is sick a lot so I don’t get to see her often #anyway todays my day off but we have so much to do #uli’s taking a nap but then we gotta go to the store and then to the laundromat #bc our washing machine is broken </3 #we have to talk to the landlord abt that still #we also just need to move soon #Felipe moved out without giving us like any notice #and now we’re stuck with paying the full $1400 rent #so like we need to rent out Felipe’s room or just move and I don’t really like this building so we should probably move #I don’t wanna be paying all this extra money for an empty bedroom we’re not using #moving soooo stressful though ahggg finding a decently priced place in the city is impossible #but yea #tess talks
