u know what. one thing im grateful for is that ive worked rly hard on developing an exercise routine that I both enjoy & that fits around my depression/adhd tendencies + even tho its taken years to stick, at the end of the day when nothing else is going for me in life, at least I have nice arms 😙🙏

#I rly don't give myself enough credit for that but also its nice underselling ur strength bc u get to be continually surprised by it #I mean don't get me wrong I'm not shredded or anything crazy. but I'm relatively fit + have some distinct muscle 😏 #and im actually putting on more weight too which is rad im gonna be a brick wall in a couple yrs. dykes to watch out for (me) #its helped my dysphoria so much like im way more confident in my own body. need 2 start wearing clothes that show off my arms more #and take more pics of myself to use for dating apps or post online..
