honestly really miss playing in an orchestra but i miss the county youth orchestras i played in as a kid & never practised & sightread all my music on the day & it was fine like the stress of adult orchestras is not for me but you never come across like an adult amateur orchestra but still a proper orchestra u know.... like i miss the hugeness of being in an orchestra and having 50+ instruments surround you :(

#i also hated it at the time bc i had to get a bus to a strange place #and i was younger than everyone else + the ony one from my school #so id like hide to eat my lunch alone and shit #also i think all the orhcestras i played in are probabl y defunded now... #thankyou tories #i literally only like playing music w other ppl so i always struggle w practising LOL because i like the connection element the best #being part of the sound but not being thte sound..etc #clarinet so i gotthe best spot in the house (away from the fiddles and near the brass)
