Thinking about Phantom and Aether going out to stargaze together one chilly, winter night. They're both bundled up in their parkas and Aether prepared hot chocolate for the two of them to share as the sat out together. Quintessence ghouls find safety in the night sky, the answers of the universe held in those pulsating balls of stardust that shine above.

It had been about two hours since the ghouls settled in, Phantom's eyes finally becoming more attuned to each little glimmer from the stars as he sat next to Aether. The larger quintessence ghoul watched the sky with such a deep reverence, a look that was reserved for very few things topside. Whereas Phantom was enamored, the act of stargazing still incredibly new to the young ghoul. The pair sat in silence for the most part, passing the thermos of hot chocolate between the two of them, the occasional "thanks" being offered to a silent partner.

That was until the both saw it, the flash of light that cascaded from the night sky before burning out as quickly as it appeared. Phantom looked on in wonder, gasping out "What was that?"

"It was a shooting star," Aether said, prying his eyes from the sky to watch his counterpart fill with glee, "Your first since coming topside."

The pair decided to call it a night at that moment, the excitement Phantom experienced interrupted his ability to focus on the sky. To possibly divine the answers to the questions swirling about in his mind. As they reentered the ghoul wing, Phantom had begun bombarding Aether with questions about the shooting stars.

"They're rather common Ant, but you have to truly focus on one patch of sky in order to see them" he told the ghoul as they hung their parkas on the hooks in the mudroom.

"How many have you seen Aeth?" Phantom inquired, struggling to untie his boots while standing.

Aether motioned for the ghoul to place his foot on his thigh, unlacing the younger ghouls boots for him as he answered "In my time? Hundreds, but in yours? That's my first as well since you've come topside, it's an important moment"
