#hogwarts legacy #hogwarts legacy mc #ravenclaw mc #clara white #unfortunately blue isnt her color #i mean she looks good in it but #she looks best in greens and pinks #yellow makes her look monochrome and like she's got jaundice so no yellow ever #also her grandmother would have a fit if she saw Clara slide down a hill #b/c Grandmother is trying to 'Finish' her for High Society so Clara can make her debut and marry a nice Lord or Duke or something #Grandmother is a Muggle and will not have the family name fall to a *commoner* #meanwhile Clara's parents just want her to enjoy school #and more importantly stay safe #Mother is anxious AF and writes letters mulitple times a week #She went to Hogwarts (muggle-born and was expected to marry well in Society) #Father is Muggle and American and he isnt anxious he just wants Clara to have fun #so he likes to send her newspaper clippings of Sherlock Holmes' adventures and hair ribbons to share with her friends #Father and Grandmother are at odds over Clara's education b/c Grandmother wants a prim and proper lady #Father will buy her penny dreadfuls and any book she wants #(he makes sure theyre somewhat appropriate b/c once she read a horrible Penny Dreadful and had nightmares for weeks) #Mother is just an anxious woman after Clara's older sister died so she fusses and is clingy #I'm not saying Mother adopts all her friends but christmas morning all have a nice bag of peppermint sweets #Clara dies of embarrassment
