What deltarune song I think the St characters would be and why but they might only make sense to me
Will: Friendship
The song is just so warm and peaceful and sweet and it reminds me of a boy who fits that same description (Will).
Mike: Bluebird of Misfortune
Do I. Do I need to say it. Sounds like the spiraling decrease of his mental health throughout the seasons.
Lucas: Ferris Wheel
Maybe it's just me but this felt the most like Lucas. It's a cute catchy little tune but it holds a serious undertone to it.
Dustin: Lancer
He's just a silly little guy like Lancer!!! I cannot properly describe how much this song is just him. A funky tune for a funky guy. However I don't think this energy will carry to the next season like it has every other season due to...unforeseen events.
Max: VS Susie
This only makes sense if u take the scene VS Susie took place, during Susie's fight with Lancer. Susie is lashing out and hurts Lancer because she's hurting but she's doesn't want to hurt him so she feels guilty (It's a poor description I know). Which, yeah, sounds a lot like Max in s2 and s4. Actually the fight (Susie and Lancer) reminds me of her and Lucas in this season.
El: Originally I was gonna give her 'The Legend' but i realized that goes against El's character because she's not a legend or all powerful being, she's just a kid so I chose Lost Girl instead.
I mean it's true, she is really lost as she barely knows who she is as a person. Season 4 was her first real season being a normal girl and she had little to no guidance. Plus the song is very sorrowful yet peaceful and it reminds me of her
Erica: Rude Buster
I cannot form a proper why but like. Listen to it and tell me that's not her
Jonathan: Quiet Autumn
Very calming, much like his presence. I feel like this only makes sense to me bejbdjjjdk. Plus the name is fitting
Argyle: sans
He has sans energy in general tbh. Chill and jokes around but not stupid, ya know?
Robin: Girl Next Door
It matches her personality, upbeat with a hint of awkwardness. Funnily enough I believe it's one of Noelle's songs who also likes women-
Nancy: Darkness Falls
I actually don't know why I picked this. Something about how sad yet determined the song felt made me think of Nancy because that's what she is, isn't she?
Steve: April 2012
I don't know a god damned thing about Steve but this feels like him.
Eddie: Powers Combined
Truth be told I don't know much about Eddie other than his music taste and hatred towards popular things so I picked something I thought he'd personally listen to dhhdjdjjdkd
Joyce: You Can Always Come Home
It's a very comforting song, the song itself feels akin to the feeling of home. Joyce Byers has that feeling too.
Hopper: My Castle Town
I used to think of him as a man full of rage but now he's just a dad. Obviously he's more than that but i can't really describe it. None of the songs really fit him but this was the closest.
Murray: HEY EVERY!
I have no idea how to describe it okay. It's just him. Or Weird Birds because he's a weird bird
Vecna: Digital Roots
This is just the general vibes bc he's creepy, the song sounds creepy. It works
Henry: Dialtone
Yes I know he's vecna but they feel like separate entities almost. Dialtone isn't technically scary but it's still off putting, like Henry. Even before I figured out he was vecna he was extremely off putting and I knew something was up with him.
MF: THE HOLY
The name was honestly the main reason I chose it. Almighty otherworldly monster wanting to kill everyone on earth without a clear why can totally be described as 'the holy'
