I cannot overstate enough how wild this is to me #in a good way ofc I fucking ADORE zemyata's work Ive been following him for years #also I know that a lot of the animation meme community keeps up with his current projects too so that means that at least a few other #animators I look up to might see this and have seen bndori stuff and that makes me more excited than it should fjtndhdbf #but just also its ZEMYATA hes animating this its going to be IN THE GAME I will be able to open it and watch a zemyata animation #also knowing how absolutely buck wild theyre letting these mvs get (looking at you repaint /pos) I cannot wait to see what goes down here #obviously either gonna be appocolypse or dystopia themed even if we didnt have these previews on designs and such its zemyata #not to say hes predictable just that he seems to like playing in those spaces and like mixing them with the fantastical and its rly fun #one thing I find a bit interesting from the premier preview is that I think his artstyle looks a bit like shinier than usual if that makes #sense? like idk if its an actual artstyle change or just a thing for this mv or even a thing at all but like it feels more smoothed out ig? #not in a bad way just an observation! his art is typically more grainy ig? or like dull or desaturated maybe? idk Im bad at describing #artstyles but smth abt the coloring makes this give off a different vibe than his other works I think #part of it is ofc just the lighter colors used since usually he works in darker or more desaturated colors (or queen fly lol) #but yknow queen fly mixed the bright with the dark still ultimately giving it a very dark and edgy vibe #so ig its probably just the different lighting and geral lighter colors thats throwing me off here fgbdjfh #well at least I know the way the eyes are colored is throwing me off a LOT not in a bad way just in a woa! this is new! way
