The fact that the jury decided Alex Jones only has to pay $4.1 million, feels disgustingly low to me.
Now to be fair, I do recognize that me wanting him to be charge the full $150 million has more to do with my personal hated for Alex Jones (and what he stands for) as well as the fact that this is about his lies about murdered children.
So, the $150 million is based more on my feelings than what Jones technically did and didn’t do.
Still, $4.1 million just feels beyond low and grotesque, considering everything.

theyre putting chemicals in the water that make the lawyers release incriminating information about their clients

I’m surprised his lawyer didn’t try the “it’s a parody and nobody in their right minds would take him seriously” defense that Tucker Carlson’s lawyer used.

for all the people who don't understand the term/reference "Perry Mason Moment" let me put it into current pop culture.
this is his "Pheonix Wright moment." the Prosecutor just literally did a turnabout.

Are we sure Jones's lawyers leaked his text messages "accidentally"? Because if I were his lawyers I'd totally squeeze every penny I could out of him and then expose him too.

This is just compensatory damages. The jury still has to decide how much he needs to pay in punitive damages.

Alex Jones lost. He had to pay the families $50mil. (I think it’s split, so they’d get a few mil each.)
The dumbass thought that he could get away with calling the judge a “deep state pedophile” while there was animated fire over their face and post it online right before the defamation trial began.
If this leads to them being hurt or harassed in any way the judge can sue him for defamation as well.
Edit: I forgot the perjury part. He lied every step of the way.
