एयर इंडिया के पायलट को झड़ते हुए बालों का इलाज करवाना पड़ा महंगा, 3 साल के लिए सस्पेंड

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज एयर इंडिया के एक पायलट को अपने झड़ते हुए बालों का इलाज करवाना महंगा पड़ गया। इलाज के कारण पायलट का लाइसेंस रद्द कर दिया गया। पायलट का दावा है कि, पिछले साल उड़ान से पहले उनकी सांस की जांच में अल्कोहल का पता चला, जो उनके इलाज में इस्तेमाल होने वाले सीरम की वजह से था। इस वजह से उन्हें तीन साल के लिए सस्पेंड कर दिया गया। अब पायलट ने इस मामले में दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है। याचिका में पायलट ने कहा कि, ब्रेथ एनालाइजर (बीए) जांच में अल्कोहल का स्तर 0.16 से 0.20 आया था जो अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर स्वीकार्य 0.40 के मानक से कम था। पायलट ने कहा कि, उसी दिन कुछ समय बाद उन्होंने एक प्राइवेट लैब में कराई गई खून की और यूरीन की जांच में अल्कोहल नहीं पाया गया था। प्राइवेट लैब की रिपोर्ट्स में उनके शरीर में अल्कोहल की मात्रा शुन्य बताई गई थी। इसलिए उन्होंने डायरेक्टरेट जनरल ऑफ सिविल एविएशन और सिविल एविएशन मंत्रालय के आदेश के खिलाफ अपने सस्पेंड करने को लेकर दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती दी। हाई कोर्ट ने दोनों ही पक्षों को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब मांगा है। पायलट ने कहा कि, उन्होंने अपने बालों का इलाज करवाने की जानकारी पहले ही दे दी थी। डॉक्टरों ने जो दवाई दी उसमें अल्कोहल की मात्रा बताई गई थी। नियम के मुताबिक, विमान चालक दल के सदस्यों को उड़ान से करीब 12 घंटे पहले शराब या कोई भी नशीले पदार्थ के सेवन करने पर पाबंदी होती है।   Read the full article

Air India woman pilot alleges senior asked her, ‘Didn’t I need to have sex every day’; airlines orders investigation

Air India woman pilot has alleged of sexual harassment against senior pilot. Soon after the complaint Air India set up an inquiry against the pilot. Airlines spokesperson said that the woman pilot in her complaint to the airline’s management stated that the accused asked her several inappropriate questions. In her complaint, she stated, “The instructor reportedly suggested the two to have dinner at a city restaurant in Hyderabad on May 5 after the training session was over. I agreed as I had done a few flights with him and he seemed decent. We went to a restaurant at around 8 pm and this is where my ordeal started.” “He started with telling me how depressed and unhappy he was in his married life. He also asked me how I coped with my husband living away and whether I didn’t need to have sex every day...
