#gonna rant here in the tags bc i dont wanna make a whole post about it #im assuming based on the one? emerald we've seen that they're kind of like ship captains #so remus is this mildly disobedient emerald who's kind of on thin ice with the higher ups #logan at somepoint questions orders or makes an out of place suggestion and remus defends him #remus and logan already know each other a little bit this isnt really the first time hes done this #but i was originially imagining this like a ruby/sapphire situation so. things get out of hand #remus gets angry and eventually they do the ruby sapphire Dramatic Fuse #they realize theyre fucked and the new fusion starts fucking running #hes very unstable and theyre both phasing in and out trying to hold the fusion together since theyre a lot faster when theyre bigger lol #theyre getting close to the ships since their first instint is to get away because they know theyll get shattered or bubbled #as they get super close to the ships they fall apart with all these gems chasing them #a ruby or something attacks logan and cracks his gem #remus pulls logan on the ship and they escape eventually landing on earth #after a while and some research on how people work they decide they dont wanna be counted just as their purpose and choose their names #logan cant use his powers anymore but is mostly fine (he glitches sometimes which hurts but there isnt really anything he can do about it) #additionally ive been thinking about the mountain goats lyric ''i loved you before i even knew what love was like'' and its making me 🥺 #they r soft and dance to music and start fusing occasionally #intrulogical mention #logan mention #remus mention #grays thoughts #thats as far as i got with it so far
