I posted this a few years ago on my other platforms but I wanted to share it here as well because anyone that’s ever talked to me about Quogan knows that I fully and passionately believe that Logan was in love with Quinn from the first moment he met her. It’s something I will defend and debate forever lol so I decided to make this edit to show some of my favorite moments that I felt prove this theory correct

What I absolutely adore about Quogan is that they give as good as they get with each other! They obviously enjoy bantering & riffing but importantly, they always hold each other accountable for their actions. They've always had surprisingly great communication & aren't afraid to be honest with one another 👏

Can I just say that with these new spoilers and trailers it has me really craving for a new Zoey 101 series! I only want it for more Quogan moments because what we’ve gotten is so amazing! Look at them, even before they were took to after they became a couple at PCA and too now as adults. Look at their smiles, how happy they are together. Logan at the end just looks so happy to be there and marry Quinn

He’s had the same smile on his face since they became a couple. He loves Quinn so much he just wants he to be happy and to be with her!

I need this movie to come out already so I can see it all. I was really hoping we wouldn’t have a run away bride scene but I don’t mind it if it means we get this cute moment at the end.

Fingers crossed we could potentially get a Zoey 101 sequel series. Maybe on the concept of how Friends or How I Met Your Mother was. See them as adults, dealing with work and life issues and possibly a Quogan pregnancy & baby scene 😍😍

I know there’s been a lot of discussion on whether or not people will have kept their core personalities from the TV show into the reboot movie (i.e. Quinn is still a delightful nerd with her Quinnventions and random facts - even though she’s now blonde and wears contacts).

BUT considering how much of a jerk Logan used to be, I would absolutely LOVE to see Logan have gone from jerk stud to absolute SIMP HIMBO for Quinn. Like, he can keep his “dumb” persona, but I hope his attitude has morphed into a kinder person who is just head-over-heels for Quinn and has continued to be a better person because of her (which, I mean, we already saw him become a kinder person though the series and especially season 4 as he was dating Quinn.)

I mean - COME ON! This promo shot alone is enough to convince me that he’s gonna just be just goo-goo-ga-ga for Quinn — and in public now! Yaaas! We’ll finally SEE their relationship in front of their friends!

TL;DR: this promo pic is giving “Logan is a total himbo simp for Quinn” and I am ABSOLUTELY here for it

Honestly loving the fact that Stacey and Mark are married in this movie and somehow close enough with Quinn and Logan to be invited into their wedding party? What that tells us is that after Mark and Stacey got together at prom and Quinn and Logan came out as a couple, Quinn and Mark realised they never actually had a romantic relationship, they had a friendship and mistook their platonic love for romantic because they were kids and hadn’t had real feelings before, and it’s so nice to see that they put it all behind them and became friends again, and you know Stacey probably makes jokes to Quinn about ‘marrying each others ex’ that make Logan cringily uncomfortable, and I’m just so happy they’re all still friends and Quinn and Logan are still in love, this means everything to me

okay I’m gonna do my best to explain all my thoughts on the “Quinn running away” theories without rambling- I’ve been hyperfixated on this specific topic for a few days because I have SO many thoughts and there’s SO many theories floating around there- like seriously so many… The main two I keep seeing though are “Quinn is having second thoughts/cold feet about marrying Logan” and “Quinn is overwhelmed by how over the top/perfect the wedding is and wants something more relaxed so she runs away”

I want to preface this by saying these are all my personal opinions and thoughts and obviously I have no idea what's actually going to happen in the movie and I could be completely wrong in absolutely everything I'm saying. This is just based off my years of analyzing these characters and having my own theories and thoughts about them and from the last week of analyzing the trailer.

First theory: Quinn is scared to marry Logan. I don’t believe it for a second and I never have. There’s just no evidence to support that at all. In every single shot we see of Quinn and Logan together in the trailer, they look disgustingly in love and happy and they’re hanging all over each other. And why after 15 years, probably months of planning, multiple wedding related events, etc would Quinn suddenly change her mind at the altar. I’m not saying that hasn’t happened and that it can’t, I just don’t think it would make much sense. I don’t believe she’s running out on Logan.

Second theory: Quinn is overwhelmed by how over the top and extravagant the wedding is and feels like it’s not right for them so she runs away from the wedding, not from Logan specifically.

I’ll admit, this theory has merit and it’s one that I could be interested in seeing play out and I entertained it for like half a day but the more I thought about it, the less it started to make sense to me. I’m really about to show how unhinged I am and have been towards this trailer 💀 I don’t really buy into this theory because I don’t see Quinn being the kind of girl that would just stay quiet and not voice her opinions and state what she wanted, especially about something as important as her wedding day. And Logan would also know her well enough to know what she would and wouldn’t want. Like off the bat this theory, to me, insinuates that Quinn and Logan are the kind of couple that don’t really communicate and we know that’s not the case. Also, even if the wedding plans did start to become too much for Quinn during the midst of it all, I don’t see her waiting until the day of the wedding to be like “nah this is too much”. Because it does look like she’s in the official wedding dress when she’s running. We see two dresses in the trailer, the one she’s running in and the strapless one that the statue/cake/whatever it is is based on. She’s wearing that dress in the same scene we see the statue in. So if the theory is Quinn is overwhelmed, runs out, Logan proposes again, then a second more toned down wedding, then I feel like the dresses should be switched?? And again, in all the shots we see of them, Quinn looks incredibly happy. Idk this theory just unravels for me the more I think about it.

I’m actually kind of thinking that that scene really isn’t even anything major and it was included in the trailer as a red herring to get us talking lmao

Also, I think it would make sense narrative wise to have Quinn and Logan be stable and comfortable AND still maddeningly in love to like offset/parallel how much of a mess Zoey’s life is and help push her into deciding what she really wants.

Does any of this make any sense?? 💀 anyways that’s my where my thoughts have been regarding this topic. I can’t wait to find out what’s actually happening though omg

obv the movie is titled zoey 102 but the most annoying thing about it was that we didn't even really get to see quinn and logan in their relationship. like the focus was almost always on their conflicts with regards to the marriage but the first real moment between them where it wasn't about that conflict was when they had their first dance and quinn teased him about the oyster shuckers. and it was such a small moment but i loved it and i want more insight into their daily life and the everyday teasing and uplifting and idk like again obv the title is zoey 102 but i don't think most people would disagree that it fully being a movie about quinn and logan would have been so much better. like the zoey and chase plot took up so much unnecessary space and their sudden bout of closure didn't even make sense bc they had one conversation prior to it after over a decade of mutual non-communication so why was any of this more important than quinn and logan. esp logan tbh. like quinn kind of had the liberty of a few moments to herself where she expressed her worldview in her own way but logan had close to none up until the proposal and yes i do love that he's quinn's number one supporter but i also wanted to know what that was like outside of the context of the wedding if that makes sense. like how he exists in their day to day relationship. there were glimpses of that in the final wedding sequence but i wanted so much more and i know the idea of a spin-off is so delusional at this point but the cast do apparently want to do it and i for one would love an exclusively quinn and logan spin-off where zoey and chase can be side characters ig 🙄 so.. why not!

#zoey 101 #zoey 102 #quinn x logan #quogan #i was very wary of the idea of a spin off at first but now that we know dan schneider is completely divorced of the project #i feel more inclined to want it if it's possible #granted i do still think the cast needs to work out their issues with alexa bc that was still shitty #but with the way the timing of jennette mccurdy's book worked out i have this feeling it contributed to their maybe #reevaluating their relationship with him. like they reunited with him barely a few years ago so it was surprising to see him not involved #in this movie. but the fact that production started only a few months after jennette's release really feels significant to me idk #like obv i don't want to make excuses for the cast but when you're a kid doing that work and parents are largely controlling you bts #i think it's fair to say you may be less inclined to want to admit that your experience working on a show was fucked up #bc it's scary to think it could have been. and from the response jennette got i feel like it was a huge catharsis for a lot of people #so who knows. maybe her book was what they needed to recognize that how he treated them was fucked up too #or at least that's what i hope. but anyway. erin and matt are super super sweet and their chemistry is phenomenal and i want a show

I was gonna make a post about how cute it was that he held his hands up as Zoey said "everyone says high-school love doesn't last" but the more I look at the gif the more I think he's actually pissed. There's something about his mannerism that seems angry or annoyed. Plus Chase shaking his head, a guest looking at a person besides them and then back at Zoey and there's obviously Quinn's reaction... idk. They're raising their cups though.

Maybe they cut her speech short bc she was going off the rails or something.

Or maybe I'm overthinking this lol, but what do y'all think? What could Zoey had said to get that reaction? I don't think it's just the HS love comment. She kinda looked and sounded drunk on the "to Quinn and Logan" part
