“ why has no one fallen in love with me yet? i’m so bored. ” somin and xander

the way xander could only find himself blinking his eyes upon hearing the males words. he wasn’t sure exactly how to react to this statement or not. it was a very somin thing of him to say so there was no shock there, but xander had been pretty clear on his feelings for the male, and made it clear he liked him.so hearing him question something like this and complain about being bored xander felt a slight pang.

sure he knew very well that xander wasn’t eloquent in his language, that talking about feelings that weren’t about himself were rather difficult. but the fact that he so easily just asked a bizarre question like this sat rather uncomfortably with the male. he could easily say that someone has, and the someone was him. but love felt too strong of a word and he didn’t want somin to take that too seriously yet, but it was true that xander had strong feelings for him. he could play along with it as if somin was merely kidding and truth be told xander wasn’t sure if he was or not. (xander missed the punch line to jokes and had an awful time picking up on sarcasm) or he could react emotionally and allow himself to be upset. 

it was a tough call and he must have looked a little crazy like a loading file searching for some kind of response as he stood there. “uh well yeah i guess that’s a good question.” he mumbles trying to do a mix of reactions. trying to not seem upset, but also not playing along with the joke. it was like he was malfunctioning almost. “i’m sorry that you’re bored?” his brow furrowed looking at the male. “maybe, someone will be soon enough, or even already is.”
