mookda  narinrak. cis  woman. she/her. ━━  there  goes  kannika  “kai”  everett  leaving  their  home  in  seagate  district. the  twenty-five  year  old  from  new  york  city,  ny  works  as  a  motorcycle  racer. i’ve  heard  that  they  are  assertive  &  dauntless  but  can  also  be  impetuous  &  abrasive. they  remind  me  of  screeching  tires  at  a  sudden  halt,  a  daring  smirk  painted  onto  a  doll-like  face.
hey there, beautiful ! flirting already, so u give me all the juicy plots. i'm daisy, 25 and i go by she/her pronouns. i'm also from cet but usualy quite nocturnal so the hours i'm around are somewhat unpredictable. gotta keep them on their toes. this is kai, she is.... a wild ride (pun intended). honestly, she got created bc i just really wanted a motorcycle racer muse and it didn't get less wild afterwards, so now here we are. i also hardly ever got time to write her frfr sooo, hopefully she will finally have her time to shine here.
basics.
name: kannika “kai” everett.
nicknames: usually goes by kai, family calls her nika.
gender: cis woman.
pronouns: she/her.
age: 25.
date of birth: april 7th 1997.
place of birth: westport, ct
nationality: american
ethnicity: thai.
education: high school degree.
occupation: motorcycle racer.
orientation: bisexual, biromantic.
biography. (-ish?)
kannika was born some 24 years ago in westport, ct, a couple of minutes drive outside of new york city. the only daughter to a bigtime real estate investor and a former miss thailand she was born into money, more money than any single family propbably should have amassed. her mother had always hoped to become a model after her pageant win, her hopes and dreams carrying her all the way to the us but not much further than that. instead she became the trophy wife of one kory everett, heir to the everett group which his family had been building ever since his grandparents arrived in the us. it would be a lie to say that their relationship ever amounted to much beyond a pretty picture, there was never much love lost between them. soon, however, they welcomed their daughter kannika into their lives.
her early childhood kai spent mostly in the company of her grandmother, who had retired earlier and given the post of ceo to her father, and nannies that had been employed to look after her. her father was basically always working, she hardly ever saw him during those years and her mother had never envisioned herself as a housewife and mother so more often than not nyc’s busy social life was calling her outside. still, kai was loved, especially by her grandmother who did most of the work in raising her. she was a strict woman, one who didn’t express her love through hugs and kisses but rather through making her food and admonishing kai whenever she made trouble. her grandmother, even to this day, is the only person kai is even willing to attempt to please, forever grateful to have at least one parental figure who seemed to genuinely care for her.
by the time kai was nine, her parents finally divorced. this came after many months of cruel worlds thrown at one another and many disputes as to how wealth would be distributed between these two. no, it wasn’t pretty and kai tried to be at home as little as possible, preferring to flee to her friends’ houses or stay with her grandmother. once the divorce was finally through, kai spent a year traveling with her mother, having begged and begged to go with her. at this point, staying all along with her father, a man she barely knew and yet didn’t particularly like seemed worse for her than traveling the world with her mother. it only lasted for that long though, since her father then demanded for her to return claiming that the many changes of location would be too unstable an environment for a kid to grow up in. so she returned, half mad and half glad to be with her grandmother again. when she returned she also found her father had remarried to a woman called ilona, yet another pretty face, yet another beauty queen.
ever since that her relationship with both of her parents has become even more difficult. her mother has been barely present in her life, traveling the world, kai often not even knowing where she is at the moment. her father on the other hand drastically started pushing his expectations onto his only daughter and therefore default heir. it were expectations kai could never meet of educational successes and good behavior. she had never had the focus or smarts required to do well in school nor the will to bend herself to the requirements of others. her desires had always been of the more hedonistic nature and so there was always tension between kory and his stubborn daughter.
kai barely managed to graduate high school, her grades looking rather grim but it wasn’t like she was looking forward to joining college or anything like that. sitting around and being taught just wasn’t right for her. instead, she had only one goal. making her hobby of motorbike racing into a genuine occupation, something that her family would have never supported. still, she fought for her dream, leaving westport and starting to pursue her career. while her father didn’t agree in the slightest, it wasn’t like he could very well disinherit the only heir he had. giving the company to somebody who wasn’t a direct descendent had never been considered an option in the everett family. until today this has been working out about as well as it could but the pressure for her to return and finally start learning how to run the business is growing. if it were only for her father’s sake kai would have long since told him to fuck off but she truly doesn’t want to disappoint her grandmother and so she has simply been pushing it off. now, it seems increasingly difficult to continue doing so and soon she will have to come up with a new plan. she has been living in mellott beach for one and a half year now, which is quite considerable for her.
tl;dr: chaotic hot motorcycle-racer
headcanons.
kannika is the name given to her by her grandmother. the whole family took on an english surname when her great-grandparents immigrated to the U.S., in order to avoid prejudice and xenophobia, but her grandmother still wanted kai to have some ties to their thai heritage. she usually gets called nika by her family and some childhood friends but otherwise goes by kai, which she personally does prefer. it’s sounds cool, despite her grandmother laughing at her so bad when she told her for the first time bc kai means chicken in thai. rip, homegirl rlly should have learned thai better ig.
about this... she actually only speaks very broken thai, which her grandma isn’t happy with but it wasn’t really spoken between her parents and her, so she never learned it well enough to have full conversations. she has also only been in thailand a handful of times, they don’t have any close ties to family over there.
kai has always been a bit of a troublemaker. her grandmother tried her very best to make kai a well behaved child and it worked decently well as long as she was around but without grandma to have an eye on her kai did pretty much whatever she wanted. she solved conflicts with fists, giving an innocent smile and big eyes whenever she got caught. even though she was never one of the brightest, she was certainly one of the boldest, never scared to let everybody know exactly what she thought about them or to convince them to join her in her .... questionable ideas. mischievous little mf basically.
takes care of street cats if she sees them around. she also gives them names. never thought about having a cat of her own but she likes strays.
part of the reason why she was never good at school and is so impulsive or even erratic is because kai has been struggling with adhd for the most part of her life. she got the diagnosis for this very late though, in early adulthood.
honestly very incapable of keeping relationships alive. not only of the romantic nature but also that. she doesn’t trust easily because her trust has been broken before but she also doesn’t like to compromise and can be a little too mindless of other people’s feelings. also if she doesn’t see people regularly she tends to just sort of, forget about them. no object permanence even in relation to people.
has lately started making a decent amount of money from social media, her following slowly growing to a degree that makes her interesting for sponsors. u will find her @vroomvroom, where she mostly shows of her bikes, outfits and dry sense of humor.
connections.
okay this will be rough but here are some... ideas.
childhood friends    —  maybe your muse also grew up in the nyc, new york state region ?  maybe they met during summer in the hamptons ?  something like that would def be a possibility. maybe your muse got roped into kai’s dumb ideas and they’ve been through some adventures together, maybe they were more of a reluctant participant. this could also be somebody she got even connected to the summer house thing through. they could still be sort of besties now or maybe they drifted apart a bit and one of them just reached out recently?
childhood enemies  —  this would basically be the same thing only they didn’t get along at all. maybe kai bullied your muse a little, maybe your muse wasn’t one to get stepped on either and so it was more of a mutual dislike. we can plot more on this for sure.
connections, connections  —  so our muses were never really friends but they were always supposed to be. for business reasons. these two spent quite a lot of long golfing sessions snarking at one another or suffering together in silence. kai’s father would never stop telling her how your muse was going to be such a useful friend at some point later and it’s to be expected that maybe their parents did the same. ( 0 / 1 )
only ever call you when i’m high  —  i am thinking these two kind of only get fucked up together, they hardly ever met outside of partying but whenever they went out they did so together, getting into a lot of trouble and being in love for each of these nights only to seperate without as much as a word in the morning. the kind of relationship that really only existed in this very particular frame. it was messy and sort of beautiful. i could imagine maybe one of them just left at some point and they kind of lost contact but we can plot particulars. ( 0 / 1 )
misc. —  fwb, i follow u on insta cause u hot (either way), haha i swear you look just like my ex, somebody who tries to get close w her bc of business, somebody who like rlly rlly wants to ride her bike ( she’d never tbh ),
okay, that's all i got for u today. love u all, let's plot! <;33

As a Connecticut Realtor and luxury property specialist, I've helped many clients find their dream home in Connecticut. In this guide, I'll share some insights about the luxury property market in Connecticut and what you can expect when looking for a luxury home in the state.
Connecticut Luxury Property Market
Mystic CT Real Estate market is diverse, with options ranging from elegant mansions to cozy waterfront cottages. The most expensive homes in Connecticut are typically located in affluent towns such as Greenwich, Darien, and New Canaan. These areas boast expansive estates with manicured lawns, gated entrances, and private swimming pools. The luxury market in these towns is particularly active, attracting both national and international buyers.
Other desirable luxury markets in Connecticut include Westport, Wilton, and Fairfield, known for their stunning natural landscapes, charming downtown areas, and top-rated schools. In these towns, luxury properties often offer spacious grounds, state-of-the-art amenities, and breathtaking views.
What to Expect When Looking for a Luxury Property in Connecticut
When it comes to luxury properties in Connecticut, there are a few things to keep in mind during your search. Firstly, it's important to work with an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent who can help guide you through the buying process. They will have insights about the market, be able to recommend properties that match your criteria, and negotiate on your behalf.
Secondly, luxury homes in Connecticut often require significant investment, both in terms of price and maintenance. Before making an offer, it's important to consider the long-term costs of owning and maintaining a luxury property. This can include expenses such as property taxes, utilities, landscaping, and repairs. You may also want to consider hiring a property management company to help take care of your home while you're away.
Lastly, it's important to be patient when searching for your dream luxury property in Connecticut. Many luxury homes in the state are custom-built or unique, which means that finding the perfect property may take time. AC/D.C.?
WESTPORT, CT [September 4, 1989] — A man claiming to have been the lover of Rep. Stewart B. McKinney (R-CT) has announced he will challenge the late congressman's will and a physician's report that McKinney contracted AIDS through a blood transfusion.
Arnold R. Denson, a real estate agent now living in Whitesburg, GA, claims that he was McKinney's lover for five years and that the two shared a house in Washington while McKinney's wife remained in Connecticut.
McKinney, a liberal Republican and vocal supporter of homeless and gay/lesbian rights, died May 9, 1989 of AIDS-related complications shortly after spending the night on the cold streets of Washington as part of a homeless rights demonstration.
Lucie McKinney has continued to deny Widespread reports of her husband's homosexuality and insisted that he contracted AIDS through a 1979 blood transfusion.
In his will, Rep. McKinney left a 40 percent share of the Washington house, all personal effects in the house and his car to Denson, all worth a total of $59,200. Denson, however, has not received any of his inheritance and is now challenging the will in Probate Court.
In an Aug. 21 [1989] press conference here, Denson made public personal records and photographs of him and McKinney to back up his claim. Denson has told the press that the McKinney family was informed of the two men's relationship while McKinney was on his deathbed and was told that if he kept the relationship secret he would receive his share of the inheritance.
Since then, Denson has reportedly returned to Georgia where calls to his home number have gone unreturned.

Ho, Ho, Home Buying? Here Are the Top Markets to Buy a House During the Holidays
iStock/JamesBrey/Feverpitched/realtor.com
The holidays are a time of celebration and togetherness—but also of hectic planning, weird family hassles, high stress, and lousy weather in much of the U.S. Plus “Love Actually” and “Die Hard” are on basic cable around the clock! It all adds up to the very worst time of year to buy a home. Right?
Spoiler: Not necessarily! In some parts of the country, the holiday season can actually be a bonanza for buyers. You just need to know where to look. The realtor.com data team uncovered 10 markets where sales are particularly strong during the holidays. And you might be surprised by some of the entries on this list.
So what can make the holiday season such a great time to buy? From Thanksgiving through early January, fewer people are looking for properties, so there’s a lot less competition. Buyers are likely to get more undivided attention from sellers, and, because this is the time of year when people burn off vacation days, they may have more time on their hands to dedicate to home search.
“This time of the year is a traditional vacation period, so buyers have time to look at homes and not just on weekends, which gives them more flexibility,” says George Ratiu, senior economist at realtor.com®. “And sellers can spend time showing their houses in a less frantic environment.”
Bad weather bonus: In colder or rainier climes, viewing a property during the winter allows you to see how it holds up to the elements.
“You can get a much more realistic picture,” says Ratiu.
To figure out where the most homes are flying off the Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa/New Year’s/Festivus shelves, realtor.com looked at sales in the 100 largest metros from Nov. 19, 2018, through Dec. 31, 2018, and then compared the numbers with all of the sales in those metros in 2018. (Metros include the main cities, plus the surrounding towns, suburbs, and smaller cities.)
Happy holidays and happier home searching!
Top markets for holiday home sales
Tony Frenzel
1. Honolulu, HI
Median home list price: $669,050 Percentage of sales during the holidays: 16.61%
Honolulu, HI

The same thing that makes Hawaii such a fab place for a dead-of-winter vacation escape also makes it the nation’s leading place for holiday home buying: gorgeous weather!
And plenty of holiday vacationers are so gobsmacked by the beauty of the place, they feel compelled to look for a vacation or second home on the same trip, according to George Krischke, principal broker at Hawaii Living. (Once they get finished watching Santa arrive by canoe on Waikiki Beach they’ll likely have some time to kill.) Meanwhile sellers don’t have to worry about blizzards hijacking their open house.
“It’s no coincidence that [a sales spike] often concurs with the peak holiday season,” Krischke says.
Resort neighborhoods such as Waikiki are some of the most popular among buyers who seek beachfront homes. Condos in high-rise buildings, especially those priced from $400,000 to $1 million that allow short-term renting, are a draw for buyers.
Looking for something a little more luxurious? This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,240-square-foot corner unit boasts ocean, lagoon, and city views and is currently listed for $1,665,000.
2. Bridgeport, CT
Median home list price: $699,050 Percentage of sales during the holidays: 14.72%
Bridgeport, CT
iStock/DenisTangneyJr
Buyers looking for a deal on a tony home in Connecticut’s Fairfield County—located within the Bridgeport metro—don’t let the holidays, cold weather, or relatively high real estate prices stand in their way. And those who can’t quite afford the white-knuckle prices of the famously wealthy enclaves of Greenwich or Westport have some cheaper options in the area, most notably the city of Bridgeport itself, where the median price is just $204,900 (as of Nov. 1).
The city, which struggled economically for years, has been going through a resurgence of late. The North End is a popular neighborhood for families and offers single-family homes, like this updated Colonial-style three-bedroom for $309,000.
Steven Lage, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker in Trumbull, CT, says the metro, like many areas, sees lower inventory during the season.
“Buyers don’t have a lot of options so they need to be ready to make an offer when the right house comes up,” he says.
3. Portland, ME
Median home list price: $385,050 Percentage of sales during the holidays: 13.38%
Portland, ME
iStock/SeanPavone
This is another place where Christmastime temps dipping well below freezing doesn’t deter home buyers.
“Demand still far exceeds supply in most segments of the housing inventory here, which means there is no need for sellers to wait for the traditional spring market,” says Kevin Coyne, a local real estate agent with Coldwell Banker.
Portland’s East End and West End neighborhoods, collectively referred to as The Peninsula, are particularly popular with buyers. The areas have great walkability and are home to shops, restaurants, and galleries—a draw for anyone from young professionals to boomers alike.
Local architecture is “eclectic,” Coyne says, and a variety of home styles are available “from nice Cape Cod–style homes to large Victorians to everything in between.” This three-bedroom home is listed at $524,900.
4. El Paso, TX
Median home list price: $194,525 Percentage of sales during the holidays: 12.96%
El Paso, TX
iStock/4kodiak
The mild winters in El Paso make it a place where snowbirds and retirees can migrate when they’ve had enough of the cold—and get a good deal on a second home. Wintertime temperatures average around 60 degrees Fahrenheit, so there’s no cold to deter those on a quest for a new place.
Bear Ridge, High Ridge, and Thunderbird are some of El Paso’s hottest neighborhoods. Architecture in these areas often reflects the city’s desert scenes, with earth-tone stucco, adobe roof tiles, and yards landscaped with cacti and palm trees. This 2,500-square-foot, four-bedroom home with a pool in High Ridge is listed for $339,990.
5. Harrisburg, PA
Median home list price: $235,000 Percentage of sales during the holidays: 12.40%
Harrisburg, PA
iStock/bookwyrmm
One of the most appealing aspects of living in Harrisburg, the state capital, is that you can own a home nearby in a bustling, small city for around $200,000. Uptown, a desirable neighborhood for families and young professionals, is full of Victorian-style homes and charming brick townhouses as well as plenty of dining and shopping options. You can find deals like this five-bed, 2.5-bath, 2,700-square-foot home priced at $195,000.
And about 30 minutes away from Harrisburg is the town of Hershey—yup, home of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Kit Kats chocolate bars, and Hershey’s Kisses—which hosts the annual Christmas Sweet Lights, a 2-mile animated light display which is said to have approximately 2 million lights. Approximately.
6. Kansas City, MO
Median home list price: $300,050 Percentage of sales during the holidays: 12.25%
Kansas City, MI
iStock/TriggerPhoto
Barbecue may not be traditional Christmas cuisine, but it comes pretty darn close in Kansas City, especially in and around the downtown area. Those looking to make a regular feast of it, set on owning near the city center (aka not escaping to the burbs just yet), look to the Midtown-Westport neighborhood, which offers plenty of restaurants, shops, and music venues. Here you’ll find a mix of well-priced homes (including this adorable 1,600-square-foot, three-bedroom for $229,000) and condos (such as this two-bed, two-bath with spectacular views of the Country Club Plaza shopping area).
But if you want to own a great home in a family-oriented, commutable area, look to one of the surrounding towns like Leawood, a popular suburb just 30 minutes from the center of Kansas City. There you can find a variety of home styles with ranch, farmhouse, and Craftsman architecture being most common. Check out this adorable three-bedroom Tudor-style home for $419,999.
Kansas City knows how to do the holidays right. It kicks off the season with the lighting of the Christmas Plaza, an event with horse-drawn sleigh rides, and caps it with a heart-pounding performance from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, an annual city tradition.
7. Stockton, CA
Median home list price: $435,050 Percentage of sales during the holidays: 12.17%
Stockton, CA
iStock/DenisTangneyJr
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Stockton pop up on one of our top 10 lists. The city also made our ranking of the U.S. housing markets that will rule 2018. So it’s no surprise that it’s seeing a steady flow of buyers, even at a time of year when markets in other areas grind to a halt.
The main reason Stockton is seeing a lift, during the holidays and beyond: Its cost of living is far lower than that of other Northern California cities in proximity to the San Francisco Bay Area. (The median list price in the San Francisco metro area is more than double Stockton’s, at a jaw-dropping $933,000.) And Stockton’s mild winter weather guarantees house hunters won’t be snowed in, even during the holidays.
Stockton’s most popular neighborhoods for house hunting are Pacific, Brookside, and Lincoln Village West, and many single-family homes, condos, and townhouses are available in a variety of styles. Located in Pacific, this 2,100-square-foot home is listed at $488,000.
8. Raleigh, NC
Median home list price: $360,000 Percentage of sales during the holidays: 11.98%
Raleigh, NC
iStock/Kruck20
Over the holidays, Raleigh radiates festive energy. And it’s more than just the big downtown parade, a lighting of the city Christmas tree by the mayor, or even the staging of a musical comedy version of “A Christmas Carol.” It’s also the buzz from eager home searchers and buyers.
Because of its proximity to the Research Triangle—a major employment center made up of three research universities—Raleigh is a major hub for high-tech and biotech research. People relocate here for gigs year-round. And there are a number of family-friendly towns in the area they gravitate toward, including Brier Creek, Five Points, and Oakwood. A 2,600-square-foot home in this area will set you back about $525,000.
9. Buffalo, NY
Median home list price: $189,950 Percentage of sales during the holidays: 11.98%
Buffalo, NY
iStock/OrchidPoet
House hunting in Buffalo during the holidays requires a good parka, but locals are famously tough—hey, the Buffalo Bills play in an outdoor stadium, and they’re in the NFL playoffs this year! The frigid temps just seem to energize buyers here. Homes that hit the market in December and that are priced right tend to sell quickly, says Ryan Connolly, associate real estate broker with Re/Max Plus in Buffalo.
“There is a benefit to having little competition that time of year as a buyer—and homes can show quite nicely when decorated for the holidays,” he says.
Buffalo features many older homes with “wonderful character and one-of-a-kind homes rarely found in newer cities,” Connolly says. This home, built in 1925, features a retro kitchen and is listed at $184,900.
10. Springfield, MA
Median home list price: $274,950 Percentage of sales during the holidays: 11.90%
Springfield, MA
iStock/DenisTangneyJr
A local holiday favorite in Springfield is the annual Bright Nights at Forest Park, a large, drive-through light display that has been going strong for 25 years. Why get out of your car if you don’t need to?
Save the walking for holiday season home touring. The city in Western Massachusetts, about 90 minutes southwest of Boston, is an affordable and desirable place to live, and its residents tend to stay put, says Elizabeth Eisold, real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. This season is a good time to gain an edge.
“The holiday market here stays hot because this time of year is when we see the serious buyers come out,” she says.
East Forest Park and Sixteen Acres are popular neighborhoods, and Eisold says there’s a strong demand for multifamily and single-family homes of any style. New homes are also available, including this Colonial-style, four-bedroom built in 2017 listed at $345,000.

Small Business Spotlight Series: Best Boutique Fitness Studios in the NY Metro Area
Spring is upon us, which means summer is just around the corner and many of us are hitting the gym more than usual in accordance with our New Year resolutions to be healthier. In that spirit, we asked our agents to tell us about their favorite boutique fitness spots in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. These aren’t the big-name gyms we see all around the city: they’re small businesses that offer services our agents love.
Harlem Cycle
Harlem, NYC
“From the music to the décor, the studio is filled with the rich culture characterized by the Harlem Renaissance,” says Cameron Brown of the Krantz + Krantz team. Harlem Cycle offers all sorts of cycling classes, from one that teaches fundamentals to hip-hop-themed and Spanish Harlem-themed classes.
Recommended by Krantz + Krantz of our Harlem office
Ballet Arts
Midtown West, NYC
“Hands down, there is no better workout than a ballet class,” says Thomas Hirschy, who used to be a professional ballet dancer, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer before his career in real estate. He recommends Ballet Arts, where you will find someone from every walk of life in class. Classes range from beginner to advanced, and there is a great sense of community. “You leave feeling as though you’ve been put through the ringer,” Thomas says. “But at the same time you feel elongated, more limber, and invigorated.”
Recommended by Thomas Hirschy of our East Side office
Dance on the DL
Darien, CT
Started by two Darien moms, this new dance studio has dance classes for adults as well as children. You can find a class that’s perfect for you, even if you’ve never taken a dance class before. “The environment is fun, judgment-free, and supportive,” says Christa FitzPatrick.

Countdown Fitness
Greenwich & New Canaan, CT
Countdown Fitness has two locations in Connecticut. Liz Parks trains in the New Canaan space, but has heard great things about the new studio in Greenwich. “What’s cool about Countdown Fitness is that they recommend coming just once a week,” Liz says. “It’s a strength-training method that uses very slow motions – and it’s only 30 minutes. You definitely feel it, though!”
Recommended by Liz Parks of our Darien office
Physical Equilibrium
Midtown East, NYC
This personal training and group exercise studio was started by a duo: a dancer-turned-endurance athlete and a dietitian who’s also a bodybuilder. In addition to customized training (including post-physical therapy training) and nutritional counseling, Physical Equilibrium offers group classes that range from strength-training to yoga and cardio. Jaylon Brigham appreciates the expertise of all the trainers and the fact that he can drop in for a quick class, shower off, and get back to his office or next appointment.

Trapeze School New York
Williamsburg, Brooklyn
It’s technically not a studio, but Renée Fishman has been testing the limits of gravity here for over 15 years. She trains in flying trapeze two to three times a week and does trampoline at least once a week. “If you want to tackle your personal growth and fitness in one shot, look no further than TSNY,” Renée says. It’s a “fun and supportive environment to conquer your fears, push the boundaries of your comfort zone, and get fit at the same time. It’s so much fun, you don’t even realize it’s a workout!”
Recommended by Renée Fishman of our Village office
Elliptica
Greenwich & Fairfield, CT
If you’re bored with the gym but want a calorie-burning workout, Laurie M. Meyer suggests Elliptica. She tried a complimentary class and is now hooked. “Elliptica is an intense workout, without any hard impact,” Laurie says. “It involves balance, stamina, and strength.” Classes vary, with some involving a combination of the elliptical and elements of yoga and dance. “Tell them Laurie sent you and have fun!”
Recommended by Laurie Meyer of our Greenwich office
Crow Hill CrossFit
Crown Heights, Brooklyn
“You need a good sweat? You tired of doing the same exercises and not growing your body? Try Crow Hill in Brooklyn,” says Jared Goodloe. People of all fitness levels can benefit from classes at this Crown Heights studio. Best of all, your first class is free, so there’s no harm in trying it out.
Recommended by Jared Goodloe of our Park Slope office
