Safed daag, jo ki vitiligo ke roop mein jaana jaata hai, ek khaas tarah ka tvacha rog hai jismein tvacha ke kuch hisse ka rang badal jaata hai aur safed dhabbe ya spots dikhte hain. Yeh rog kisi bhi umra mein ho sakta hai, aur iska ilaaj kathin ho sakta hai. 7. Aahar aur Vyayam: Swasth aahar khaye aur vyayam karein. Yeh sharir ko swasth rakhne mein madad karte hain.
