Friday 15/11/13

Today we continued with the list of props that needed completing, I started to cover my bread with layers of latex while heating it up with a heat gun to make it go a brown colour. when I had done several layers of this is had a break of the loaf of bread and moved onto working on the binoculars. I unscrewed the lens caps of all 3 and painted each pair 1 of the 3 different colours we had. after I had done that I left them to dry and moved on continuing with the long process of the bread.

come lunchtime me and Tom decided to have a "friendly" game of chess, the competitive side soon got to us as we started arguing about moves you couldn't and can do.

i continued with my loaf of bread after this, it is now starting to brown-up a bit, the more layers of latex that i add onto it the browner it gets. when i get to a point that I'm ok with base colour i am only going to latex the top of the loaf to give it that 2 tone colour.
