Yesterday in PT my physical therapist told me to make sure I'm not leaning and I said my mom jokes it's a good thing she didn't name me Eileen

#I wobble and lean when I walk a lot and in general #I was leaning to the sides for a lot of exercises #She said I was doing well though. Did the nustep really fast and lifted a bunch of weights with my arms and legs #She did point out again that my knees go backwards when I try to straighten my legs though. She said my ankles do it too #That's why she said maybe I should ask about Ehlers-Danlos syndrome or other similar disorders because there's definitely something going on #My lower joints are extremely flexible.
