Karma is a product of the mind. Our mind has myriads of impressions from this life and our previous lives. That's why we have to engage our minds as much as possible in the purifying vibrations of Krishna.

You will not find a straight-edge autist with a larger stash of psychoactive plant material kept solely for scientific interest, hyperfixation reasons, and never recreational use.

i know google is free etc etc but do you mean salvia like in italian, the plant they use for seasoning?
yes and no! salvia divinorum is in the same genus as cooking salvia or sage, but they're not the same species of plant, like the difference between a horse and a zebra; regular salvia is usually salvia officinalis, though i personally am used to salvia maxima as the default seasoning salvia because that's what was planted in our herbal garden growing up. i am not sure what the effects of doing "regular" salvia would be, id guess mild to nonexistent based on the species, but id have to look into that — then again, there's probably better household seasonings to get high on, some friends of mine once got high on laurel when we went to greece at fourteen.

What Is Savia Divinorum?
Salvia divinorum, often referred to simply as "salvia," is a psychoactive plant native to the cloud forests of Oaxaca, Mexico. It has been used for centuries by indigenous Mazatec shamans in traditional healing ceremonies and rituals.
The active ingredient in salvia divinorum is salvinorin A, a potent hallucinogen that is believed to interact with the kappa opioid receptors in the brain. When consumed, salvia can induce intense and vivid hallucinations, altered perceptions of time and space, and a sense of detachment from reality.
Salvia divinorum is typically consumed by smoking dried leaves or by chewing fresh leaves. The effects of salvia are generally short-lived, lasting anywhere from a few minutes to an hour or more, depending on the method of consumption and the dosage.
Salvia divinorum is considered a Schedule I controlled substance in the United States, which means it is illegal to possess or use it for recreational purposes. While some people use salvia for its psychoactive effects, it is important to note that the drug can be dangerous, particularly when used in high doses or in combination with other substances. Side effects can include nausea, dizziness, loss of coordination, and psychological distress.

that remind me, I was looking up psychoactive plants because Plants! and I know a great array of things are hallucinogenic and it's so wild to me that there are plants that do this.
The most interesting to me is Salvia divinorum because it seems like everyone who has tried it says it's way stronger than acid or LSD and a few people have had divine and enlightening experiences with it but most people are like "My life up to that point crumbled away like ashes and I felt myself being stretched and compressed and then rolled into a tight agonizing spiral that felt like my spine was being horribly contorted. I realized I was in reality naught but a roll of carpet in an abandoned warehouse and that was all I had ever been or would be."

Lou Yain the Dream Witch
She’s allergic to iron. She can delve into your forgotten dreams and divine their meaning using her great-grandfathers silver pocket watch. She’s not a great gardener so she’ll accept offerings of mugwort and salvia divinorum (she is known as the “Black-Thumbed White Witch”).
Her wand is solid platinum and is called “Moonbeams.” She uses it as a cudgel if she finds it difficult to induce sleep through hypnosis.
