Took screenshot of the gift made by @rerenfuge and M/n means male reader! Decided to put a last name for you reader but change it if you want!

Wally decided that it could not be a coincidence but that didn't pull away the fact that said guy was beautiful, like almost a god like beauty and that was all it took for Wally to get his heart pondering aggressively while a brush creeped its way from his collarbone up to his cheeks. While Eddie and the guy walked closer to the whole group sharing laughs but now it was visible that the guy was munching on an apple.

Eddie and the guy stopped outside of the new house and were shocked to see everyone already there, waiting for both of them which made the guy smile shyly while he fiddled with the ends of his handkerchief. Wally could only stare while everyone presented themself to the guy whose name was M/n Cherry and then those beautiful eyes of his stared at Wally as if he was waiting for something.

“And you are?,” said M/n softly but Wally could only focus on how smooth his voice was, it was soft yet rough which only worsened the feeling of butterflies on his stomach. Barnaby cleaned his throat while barely pushing Wally which was able to snap him out of his thoughts,

“Wally…my name is Wally Darling,” said Wally while looking at M/n smile at him which only seemed to worsen his blush.

“Wally Darling, last name sure does justice my darling,” said M/n in a soft teasing tone which made some steam come out of his head while his blush was cherry red which made M/n laugh softly at his reaction.

“Would you like to come in?,” M/n asked in general but his eyes never strayed from Wally and who could blame him? He was being way to cute for his own good which produced M/n to tease him a tad.

Everyone walked into the shop-house of M/n with a smile on their faces since it was very comforting the stacks of paper, the books and the coffee smell that floated through the house. Sally almost jumped out of her skin when M/n said that they could read anything from what he had out and she quite literally jumped at the pile of scrips having multiple reactions to the various scenes meanwhile Frank, while holding hands with Eddie, walked up to the bookshelf and grabbed one of M/n’s novel seemingly enjoying the first pages of the book he picked.

“M/n, I absolutely love this script! Would you mind if I use if for a play?,” asked Sally happily and only getting further exited when M/n calm voice accepted her request and told Frank he could take the book if he wanted to which made him blush from embarrassment.

Wally could only stare at M/n when he offered him an apple while eating one himself. Wally took the apple happily and watch as M/n talked excitedly about a story he planed on writing with Eddie who gave the man more ideas.

“Wally, stop staring that little hearts are being formed on the top of your head,” said Barnaby in a hushed voice to Wally who looked shocked and looked away, begrudgingly, from you and eat the apple with a very noticeable blush.

Starrynights Au

Julie, the most important resident of the neighborhood. She slumbers when the sunlight comes, and is wide awake once the moon shines.

Her good friend, Sally. Would help her find the fallen stars that has been brung from space.

She was summoned to earth by the 6 residents on the neighborhood, Wally, Frank, Eddie, Barnaby, Howdy, and Poppy. They believe that she could protect them from the dangers of "Home", well, yes. She does exactly that, and has been well known with that purpose.

There used to be 3 lands. There were, The Land of Protectors, The Land of the Goo, and The Land of the Universe.

The Land Of Protectors is where Starry night Julie had lived, she's not REALLY the only protector, there were many. Now, The Land Of The Goo. It's a copy of Julie's Land, but, they are all messed up. Very. But, Julie had saved tons of residents from this land and brung them to The Land Of The Universe, where many of neighborhoods were. Everyone had the same name, so, they separated their lands and gave their neighborhoods names. Example; Welcome to Hell, Switcharoo, and Zombie apocalypse. (Literally AUS)

Now, there were only 2 lands. The Land of Protectors, and The Land of the Goo. Where did The Land of the Universe go? Well, Every saved neighborhoods had decided to live in space, every single one created a magical ball that had hints of their color theme. They were all labeled so no one could get confused. These balls are just the right size for a person to see, and shined bright in space.

Sally had two forms. A shooting star that could travel really fast, and a puppet form. Julie also had two forms. A moon form, and a puppet form. The moon form was mostly used to go to other universes. They both don't have the power to just teleport where ever they want, they needed to travel through space to get to that universe, or just basically using it to travel fast enough in earth.

Love..?

When Julie was able to bring the, "Welcome to Hell", neighborhood to the new land. She felt something, it felt like she was... In love? Ever since she saved this... Lady from this neighborhood, she always had been thinking of her. Yes, she's a menace and a bit creepy.. But, she was also sometimes like that so, it's reasonable. The thing is, she didn't know that this neighbor was another Sally. But, her moon side, Molly. Molly was creepy to the others, but, Julie somewhat found it funny. She never really told anyone about it since it's kind of... Weird sounding for them. She didn't know her name at all, but, she thinks she'll know soon. The neighborhood was always visited by her when everyone was asleep, except Molly of course. She always was awake midnight, and just being a complete menace to the others.

Julie never knew this, but, Sally. Her best friend. Had feelings for her. Ever since they've hanged out and saved all of these neighbors, especially when they are just alone somewhere like a flower field. She always had a feeling in her heart about Julie. She liked her. She can't just.. Tell her that. Especially the way she had been acting lately, she keeps visiting Welcome to Hell.. Sally found it suspicious, however, she never really looked into it.

The more she joined Julie in Welcome to Hell, the more she realised that Julie had gotten feelings for a certain.. Person. Why would she like her? She's mostly the creepy one here.. She hushed herself before going any further, she didn't want to ruin their bonding, just being friends is.. Fine. I guess. That works for her.. She felt heart broken about this situation, yet she needed to be by her side. Working, Playing, Writing, Adventuring, and fighting right beside her. She can't just, do this all in her own.

She can move on.. She can... Right..?

My cursory research into Pedrolino paints him as a manipulative archetype, with descriptions of his roles in shows showing him stirring trouble to drive the story forward and then doing any underhanded thing he has to to save his own skin. I’m even seeing him described as “a Janus-faced aspect” in how two-faced he is. Very different from the sympathetic Pierrot, though there are (unproven) rumors Pierrot evolved from the older Pedrolino? Though I absolutely agree Eddie is giving big Pierrot energy, poor guy. But now I wonder if Sally’s odd sun/moon imagery that seems to crop up sometimes will have something to do with the kind of heel turn Pedrolinos seem to be known for given how oddly specific and old, even for a Commedia reference, that choice of character is. I wonder if Sally’s going to make some frightening choices to save herself as the horror creeps into the neighborhood. The fact that her descriptions of the thing from the woods are perfectly audible but left out of the transcript as “unintelligible” would certainly seem to indicate she may be the first of the other neighbors to recognize something is seriously wrong in their home.

interesting! a lot of the sources i found tended to treat pedrolino and pierrot as one in the same, so that’s what i rolled with for this response, but if we go with the interpretation that eddie is more of a pierrot while sally bears more of a resemblance to “classic” pedrolino, for lack of a better term, and/or that welcome home is treating the rumor that pierrot is an offshoot of pedrolino as fact… hm. perhaps there is something about eddie that reminds sally of something she would rather forget. the fact that the “day” half of the town clock/eddie’s watch resembles her and the night half resembles him. and that her story is all about things that go bump in the night. she tells it because she considers it to be exemplary of True Fear. night is fear. eddie is night. the only thing we have to fear is fear itself if i don’t think about it it can’t hurt me if i act like it doesn’t exist i give it no power over me. is power even what it wants. i don’t know but i will not take any chances. something like that.

…… anyway. sally does seem a bit like the self-serving type; even when it comes to neighbors whose company she enjoys, like julie or poppy, she’s quick to dismiss any apprehension on their part or get frustrated if they deviate from her scripts. she wants the best for them, and she considers stardom to be the best, but what will it take for her to realize that can’t always be the case? i wouldn’t take her story quite so literally; certainly, there’s Something going on with home’s relationship to the concept of night, but i don’t think it bears much resemblance to what sally’s story describes. i think At Most she could be like, rationalizing it as a monster to make it make more sense. whatever “it” is.

the deeper i dig, the more i find myself objecting to the idea that any one neighbor (save for maybe wally) “wakes up” before the others? or if there is an actual order, then it happens in very quick succession. i think they’re all beginning to have cracks in which Something seeps in, or from which something seeps out of, but i think those cracks present themselves a little differently for each neighbor. you just have to look. i think of how sunny was scrapped specifically because, according to clown, it no longer made sense to have a single character be the designated hero or villain.

Facts about my welcome home oc's

Belle Dear:

#1 Her full name is Lulu-Belle Dear

#2 She supplies Howdy with most of the produce

#3 She bakes with Poppy on the weekends

#4 Her first appearance was in an episode detailing the importance of vegetables and fruits and how they grow, most of the episode taking place at her farm

#5 When she first moved in she didn't know there was a person named Howdy so when people said he wasn't there she was confused (It took her three weeks to figure it out)

#6 She definitely chases people with a broom when she feel threatened (Or they're trying to steal her crops)

#7 She's friendly with a the neighbors but she definitely glares at Wally time to time when nobody is looking

#8 She constantly shows embarrassing photos of Eddie to Frank (Such as his cringe phases)

#9 She knows every ounce of drama there is (Girls nights get quite heated sometimes and also it's just fun)

#10 Her house is a very western movie cottage/ saloon

Axel Moon:

#1 He doesn't know his last name so he just came up with the first thing he ever saw (Which was the moon)

#2 He has a Galaxy blob as a friend

#3 He is the most clumsy out of everyone in the household

#4 Him and Sally are best friends (Due to them both coming from outer space and sharing a love for acting and music)

#5 He definitely plays the guitar

#6 He will set up shop in the middle of town and just stare and the stars through his telescope

#7 He is never allowed back at Wally's (He broke to many paintings and art supplies)

#8 He knows every constellation by heart

#9 He sleeps with a rag cat doll every night (Elliot gave him it)

#10 Worse babysitter ever

Elliot Bright:

#1 His side of his and Axel's room is covered in books and poems

#2 He's written a two books

#3 He joins Belle and Poppy in baking

#4 One of two in the household that can cook

#5 He has had the same glasses since he was 7 (He's 21 for reference)

#6 He is usually at a library

#7 Actually not an idiot

#8 He never goes out in summer (The mosquitos are attracted to him)

#9 He'll accidentally switch from English to French every now and then

#10 Is an decent babysitter

Vinny Vander:

#1 His left eye is a button instead of the normal other eyes

#2 He only comes outside when it's raining or when he needs to buy groceries for them

#3 Mf has 8 siblings

#4 He is constantly injured due to failed experiments with gadgets

#5 He is covered in stitches due to the constant injuries

#6 He is massively touch starved and if you hug or show any touch related affection he will breakdown and hug you (Can go on for hours)

#7 He is the other one he can actually cook (Oldest out of all his siblings so he had to learn)

#8 Constantly wears glasses that have decorated spirals on them (They're more so goggles buy eh)

#9 Has the most weirdest closet out of everyone

#10 Every corner of the house is filled with gadgets (Failed, in progress ,etc)

Cupid Heart:

#1 Has only succeeded in playing match maker two times (Elliot and Axel + Eddie and Frank)

#2 Is a literal butterfly Muppet version of Cupid

#3 Loves spring

#4 She was the reason her, Axel, Elliot and Vinny became a friend group

#5 Her and Julie definitely have sleep overs often

#6 Has multiple bow and arrows (Broken and unbroken)

#7 The most social out of all of them (A social butterfly you could say!)

#8 She definitely has a lot of plants arounher room and the house in general

#9 She loves tulips and sunflowers

#10 She is horrible at actually striking targets (Has missed all besides the one directed at Axel and Elliot and Eddie and Frank)

Btw the house Axel, Elliot, Vinny and Cupid live in kinda looks like a toy box

Welcome Home AU Concept - Weather Wonderland

Long ago, there was a Sun and there was a Moon. They are the creators of the Welcome Home universe. For the longest time they were the keepers to all of the weather experiences that is possible in their world, which mirrors our own Earth’s experiences with weather, but eventually they got tired and decided to rest amongst the stars. So they scattered their various abilities into the cast of Welcome Home, and the Welcome Home show started in order to teach the youth in our world about the importance of learning about and respecting the weather.

From Wally who controls and represents the sprit of cold and ice, to Home who controls and represents the spirit of heat and fire, this is a concept masterpost for any and all information for this AU idea. I hope you enjoy reading this beloved reader, and I hope we can all work together to bring this AU to life! The following is what each of the characters represent/control, along with various tidbits/thoughts/information that can be used for this AU:

Wally - Cold/Ice/Snow Home - Fire/Heat Barnaby - Rain/Water Julie - Spring/Flowers Sally - Sun/Summer Poppy - Autumn/Stagnating Weather Howdy - Fauna/Forests Eddie - Wind/Air Frank - Earth/Rocks

-Wally: Sneezes and a blast of cold air comes out

-I chose wind/air for Eddie because he's a fast delivery man! He could use the wind to help him deliver letters

-Barnaby is blue like water, and him being water while Wally is ice has a lot of symbolism for their friendship

-Home being fire while Wally being ice is...I hope I don't have to explain the symbolism of that one gfddgfdfhg

-Frank is earth and rocks because the soil is where his beloved animals tend to rest and come from, also I just really like the idea of him staring at a cluster of crystals lovingly while a butterfly rests on top of it

-Poppy helps to represent and bring forth the change in the weather, and can act as the overall balancer for everyone's seasons

-Howdy can help maintain the growth of the forest surrounding the neighborhood, and he and Julie would likely spend hours talking about flora and fauna haha

-Sally is already a star, and the sun is a star! So her being the sprit of summer just makes perfect sense for her

-Meanwhile Home is. Just constantly setting fires somewhere around the neighborhood PURELY to start shit lmao

-I feel like there'd be a lot of oil lanterns or fireplaces or candles and whatnot for Home to control to show emotions through flame colors. Each lantern has a color so Home lights up a red or blue to go "I'm angry" or "I'm sad". Home can of course choose more than one lantern at a time if the emotions are more complex!

-I feel like this AU would really bring out the symbolism of Home and Wally's potential abusive relationship, especially with that overall theory going around in the fandom

-Because Home could so easily melt Wally...and that's scary

-Well ok let me rephrase that-because Wally isn't literally made of ice. It’s just more symbolic/emotional melting based. But I feel like it would be language that Winter Wally would use a lot

-Wally has to sleep in a freezer/refrigerator at night because Home is simply too warm for him to stand being in for long

-Since Wally and Home are seemingly the only ones left alive currently in the canon of Welcome Home, I like to imagine that the neighborhood would be filled with various sections and themes around each of their living spaces and houses. Flowers and spring themes around Julie’s house, a entire forest surrounding Howdy’s shop, etc. However nowadays, if you went to Weather Wonderland Welcome Home now, it would just be a entire wasteland of ice and snow. Completely barren, all except for Home, who just stays right where its always been. What happened to the other neighbors? All I know is Wally’s emotions completely overtook the neighborhood when they disappeared.

-Emotions may often influence or effect the weather all throughout the Welcome Home universe for all of the characters, but the effects can easily be reversed with the help of the other neighbors

-Each of the characters would look the same physically, except their outfits and how they style themselves are different to represent their respective power. For example, Julie may wear her usual dress, but it’s covered head to toe in flowers, along with flowers in her hair and a flower crown

-Wally can still eat with his eyes, but instead of his favorite fruit being apples it is snowberries (however he often confuses blue raspberry scents/flavors for snowberries as well. If you gave him a actual raspberry he Would Not Understand, if you gave him some sort of blue raspberry thing he would be really happy/excited, and if you gave him actual snowberries he will hold them and stare at them for a while but tries not to eat them because the wintergreen flavoring makes his eyes sting lmao) I have plans for Wally’s design/outfit already for this AU, it’s just taking me a little bit to draw out! However I still wanted to make sure I put this AU idea out there, because I really like it and would love for others to help bring this to life! Please feel free to add onto this AU by @ing me with whatever thoughts or things you choose to make with this if you want to of course! However, every artist/writer has their inspirations, and I would be delighted to try to @ the artists that helped inspire me to make this Welcome Home AU, I hope they don’t mind! Anyway here’s some little tidbits I’m thinking about

Sally might actually be stronger than Eddie and the reason Howdy gives her no edible food is either because as a Star Sally only uses things for her stage and doesn’t even bother to eat the stuff (like when she didn’t consider the flavor when asking for food) or as a literal star sally has less conceptual understanding of food than Wally does

Also Sally thinks she’s stronger than Eddie and honestly I thinks she actually is. Where is the fan art of her lifting home!?

Whenever Wally talks he sounds like he’s acting out his lines. And in a way I think he is! He’s trying to communicate in a way you and the neighbors can respond to and in order to do that he has to follow a script in his head. I can feel him thinking through every single word to say before saying it, like every conversation is a puzzle he needs to solve. And he probably doesn’t even know how puzzles work! Which is to say when hes being a little…concerning I just want to go “He’s trying his best here!” Let the fella cook as the kids say!

Frank and Eddie are adorable but Eddie’s friendship with Julie is teeth-rotting. That little conversation where they talked about the bug’s getting at Franks garden was so cute it almost made me cry.

My theory at the moment is that the actual puppets were destroyed…except for Wally’s. Through seeing images of them and acknowledging their existence they’re coming back. Wally’s trying to bring the neighborhood back, and soon he’ll meet you there too! :)

And you know, he might accidentally bring the curse/ailment that caused the shows downfall with him to your doorstep. Whoopsie.

But on the flipside maybe it Wally and the house that was destroyed (given that they lived above a dark abyss or whatever) and the other neighbors (or maybe even the puppeteers or director!) are trying to bring him back. Listen those letters look an awful lot like something Eddie would deliver…
