Review This story is about a boy whose life changes forever when he comes across some dangerous secrets that was hidden from him for twenty years. The character development of Edward was well visible and the use of words by the author invoking emotions at certain points is praiseworthy. A fantasy creation filled with magical events, ancient periods, lives and contemporary occurrences. The author gives a subtle message in disguise and the book has been crafted so elegantly giving room for all characters to perform and the characters were so fleshed out. The cover of the book is mysterious like the story in it both gives suspence of what will happen next I liked the way the author has portrayed characters. The language of the book is lucid and narration I felt was nice and crisp the story is slow paced and the chapters were very big but it keeps a reader hooked in the tale. I would like to recommend this book to those reader who is fan of Fantasy fiction and suspence thriller this book will give you both I hope you like the book.
