What is Psycha's relationship with Maypul like?

Psycha and Maypul's relationship with one another, like Psycha's relationship with Forsburn, is best described as both familial and a very tight friendship. Ever since Psycha first began attending Aether High after transferring from another district, Maypul has stuck with him through thick and thin to do everything in her power to make a new student such as himself feel right at home, and has succeeded every step of the way.

Naturally, with someone as self-conscious as Psycha, transferring to the most prestigious high school in the nation is easier said than done. He has a bit of trouble adjusting to the larger school, but upon arriving to homeroom, he meets Maypul, who immediately recognizes him as a new student from having memorized the entire class... and as the class president, she is downright thrilled to have the opportunity to show him the ropes and get to know him, and Psycha warms up to her fairly quickly.

Psycha has always greatly appreciated Maypul's positivity and has held her in very high regard from the first moment she introduced herself to him. He trusts Maypul with his feelings and will often go to her first (If not Clairen) for advice or comfort, to which the raccoon is always more than happy to oblige. Maypul knows that Psycha will sometimes not see himself in a positive light, and will go to great lengths providing him with the love and validation she feels he deserves, be it physical affection like hugs or verbal reassurance. Psycha cherishes any moment he gets to spend with Maypul, and considers her one of his true first best friends at Aether High.
