Kas ir zināms Nokia XR21 Limited Edition ir aizsargāts ar IP69K un MIL-STD-810H standartiem. Priekšpusē ir Full HD+ IPS displejs. Panelis atbalsta 120 Hz atsvaidzes intensitāti un ir pārklāts ar Gorilla Glass Victus stiklu. Diagonāle bija 6,49 collas. Viedtālruni darbina mikroshēma Snapdragon 695.
