Étape de la création du header pour Wicked Little Town. Je vais tenter d'expliquer comme je peux mon processus de création. Désolé si c'est un peu bordélique. 😅 Vous pouvez cliquer sur afficher davantage pour voir:

J'ai choisi la première photo avec la fenêtre car j'aimais le reflet sur le parquet et que ça marcherait avec l'extérieur enneigé que j'imaginais. J'aimais aussi les moulures sur le mur, je les ai donc gardé mais moins fan du chandelier, surtout qu'il n'était centré, je l'ai fais disparaitre. Puis voulant une scène plus aérée, j'ai utilisé le "generative fill" de photoshop et le "stamp tool" pour agrandir la pièce. Je suis partie à la recherche d'élément qui pourrait raconter l'histoire des personnes qui vivraient dans cette maison, un canapé, un chien, un chat, un couple qui avait une excellente ombre qui marcherait super bien avec ma fenêtre (parfois, je cherche pas trop loin 😂 ). Le design devant représenter la saint Valentin sans être trop "romantique" et le thème de l'anniversaire sans être trop "anniversaire". J'ai rajouté des petits chapeaux sur le chien et le chat, des fanions, une photo du couple sur la commode et sur l'étagère, la décoration de leur gâteau de mariage. A chaque élément ajouté, il fallait donner une ombre, un reflet dans le parquet si nécessaire et changer le coloring des objets pour qu'ils correspondent à l'ambiance de la pièce. Et puis, j'adore les plantes et les livres, donc il fallait évidemment que j'en rajoute. Je trouve que ça donne un côté plus cosy. Pour l'extérieur, étant donné que la ville où se trouve le forum a un lac et est entouré de forêt, je suis partie sur ça. Pour la version sombre, j'ai changé l'image d'extérieur avec une qui avait des reflets de la maison allumée dans l'eau du lac. Et c'était parfait pour le Corgi, il existe tellement de photos d'eux que j'en ai trouvé un allongé, quant au chat, il est parti à l'aventure. J'ai changé le verre d'eau sur la table pour un verre de vin, l'horloge au mur montre maintenant 1h du matin et puis, j'ai allumé les lumières. C'est des petits détails, mais je trouve que ça continue à raconter un peu l'histoire du couple, peut être qu'ils se sont installés sur le canapé pour boire un verre et le chien s'est endormi alors qu'ils discutaient ? 😊 Pour l'animation, j'ai passé les headers à After effects, j'ai trouvé sur pexels une vidéo d'un chat noir, il a donc été rajouté à l'extérieur et il cherche son amie, la chatte à l'intérieur de la maison. (peut être qu'elle est allée le retrouver la nuit 👀), j'ai rajouté un effet neige qui tombe que j'ai trouvé sur youtube et la nuit, un oiseau qui passe rapidement devant la fenêtre. C'est assez discret, mais on peut voir le reflet de la neige animé sur le parquet, surtout la version sombre. Pour la typographie du titre, j'ai utilisé Scotch Display qui est un fond Adobe, je trouvais que une typographie serif donnait un côté plus cosy et romantique. J'ai vu les post de @plaidetchocolatchaud et je me suis rendue compte que j'ai été plutôt sage sur les retraites. Alors que bon.

Je m'appelle A., j'ai 33 ans, je suis infirmière depuis 10 ans et j'ai déjà deux accidents du travail reconnu qui m'handicaperont toute ma vie.

Je travaille dans un service privilégié où on a beaucoup de matériel pour nous aider, pourtant chaque jour je vois des collègues mettre leurs mains sur leurs hanches pour soulager leurs dos ou s'étirer la nuque dans l'espoir d'un craquement libérateur.

Je travaille avec une équipe jeune pourtant beaucoup portent les traumas de voir la douleur, la mort, la souffrance de vie de leurs patients. Nombreux sont ceux également qui avec l'alternance jour/nuit ne peuvent dormir sans prendre un traitement et je ne compte plus ceux qui en sortant du boulot vont systématiquement boire un coup pour ne pas ramener le boulot à la maison.

J'ai aussi la chance d'être entourée de mentor, quelques rares dinosaures qui travaillent depuis plusieurs décennies dans le service. L'expérience fait qu'ils refusent de faire certains gestes, comme les compressions thoraciques, afin de se préserver car ils savent qu'ils ne peuvent plus. Même remonter les patients dans les lits leur est difficile avec l'arthrose qui déforme leurs doigts et la fin de journée est difficile malgré les bas de contentions.

Encore une fois, j'ai de la chance, pas comme les 3/4 des services où toutes les conditions sont dégradés. Chez moi on nous demande de travailler plus avec moins, chez eux on leur demande de faire plus avec rien.

Les soignants n'arrivent pas à vieillir à l'hôpital, peu dépassent l'âge de 60 ans et les gens arrivent plus tard dans le milieu.

Et le gouvernement veut instaurer 64 ans de départ à la retraite et 43 ans de cotisation? Mais on va où sérieux?

L'hôpital va mal, ce n'est pas un secret de polichinelle, et on demande encore à ceux qui le font tenir de faire plus. C'est épuisant.

La pénibilité n'est pas reconnue pourtant, pour rappel, les femmes qui travaillent de nuit sont celles qui ont le plus de risque de développer des cancers et des maladies cardio vasculaires. Dans le discours du gouvernement on parle des aides soignants mais, outre les infirmiers, pourquoi juste eux? Les ASH qui manipulent des produits chimiques toute la journée n'ont pas un boulot pénible? Les manipulateurs radios qui se bouffent malgré tout des rayons toute la journée n'ont pas un boulot pénible? Et les médecins qui commencent à travailler officiellement à partir de l'internat, on les fait bosser jusqu'à 90 ans sous prétexte qu'ils "gagnent bien" leur vie? Sans déconner.

Hier j'étais dans la rue car je ne travaillais pas mais je pensais fort à mes collègues qui ont été réquisitionnés et qui portaient un bout de scotch sur leurs tenues marqué "En Grève".

Je pensais fort également à tous ceux qui hors de l'hôpital sont comme nous concernés, soit beaucoup trop de monde.

  Mon troisième voyage me conduit dans l’enclave arménienne du Haut-Karabakh, enclave découpée par Staline selon un adage connu : diviser pour mieux régner, et  dont les résultats amèneront jusqu’à aujourd’hui des conflits après la dislocation de l’empire soviétique. Je loge dans la maison de MSF à Stepanakert, capitale du Haut-Karabakh.

Stepanakert. Devant le Gospital, l’hôpital militaire. Des civières rougies par le sang des morts et des blessés sont posées contre le mur. Au fond, sur un tableau, des feuilles avec les noms des victimes qui ne cessent de se rajouter les unes à côté des autres, réunies par des morceaux de scotch éphémères..

After Sienna's recommendation, Aru headed to the store to buy her dress. She was excited to surprise Ethan with a fancy date as he was always the one to do so.

Ever since she told Ethan about their date, he had been curious about the plan.

Aru had kept him in the dark about everything, just asking him to wear an elegant suit and meet her in the parking lot.

Ethan knew it was futile to get more information from Aru, so he agreed to meet her in the parking lot after her shift without asking for more details.

Aru was glad he did not ask for more particulars, as she knew she couldn't lie.

Ethan was delighted to see Aru walking towards him. Even after being with her for over a year, his heart still beat wildly whenever she was near him. She was like a magician who had cast an enchanting spell on him.

When Aru met him, he immediately pulled her in for a hug and gave her a quick peck on the lips.

"Mmm. You give me such warm hugs, Ethan."

"You look wonderful, love. Have you bought this dress recently?" asked Ethan, being observant as always.

"Yes indeed. I got it today. How do I look in this dress?"

"Aru, I absolutely love how gorgeous you look right now. You look absolutely divine and ethereal, darling."

"Aww, thanks, babe," Aru said, blushing. "You always know how to express yourself beautifully."

"Thanks, love. So, where are we off to?"

"Ma Maison," Aru said, as a matter of fact.

"Ma Maison?!" Ethan said, shocked. "Babe, that's a high-end restaurant. Why are we headed there? Is today a special day?"

"No, babe. It's nothing like that at all. I just wanted to take you to a fancy place for our date."

"Aru, you don't need to spend that much on me. You know I would be happy even if we had a lazy date and ordered takeout, right?"

"Ethan, you pamper me by taking me to elegant places all the time, don't you?"

"Yes, I do."

"Then, don't you think you deserve to be pampered as well?"

"That's true. How do you end up amazing me every time, love?"

"Babe, that's a secret I'll never tell you."

"But Aru, you will let me pay the bill, alright?"

"No, Ethan. I want to treat you today, okay? And that includes me paying the bill."

"Yes, my love. As you say," Ethan said, with a twinkle in his eyes. He hadn't expected Aru to surprise him with a date to Ma Maison.

Ethan was in for more surprises as he received a bouquet of orchids, his favourite flowers and a bottle of good quality expensive blended scotch whiskey.

Out of all the women he had been with, only Aru had taken him on a date and presented him with gifts close to his heart.

He was pleasantly surprised by Aru's plans and thoroughly enjoyed his evening.
