Suspicious Minds - oneshot.

The noises from the nursery were growing louder and louder. Eventually, she decided she'd have to go investigate. She pushed back the door to find Henry in the middle of the room, kneeling over a booklet of instructions. Nuts, bolts, and long planks of wood were scattered everywhere. "Good God, it sounded like a gorilla enclosure in here… I'll have to put a picture of you on the wall with all the other animals—"

"I'm trying to put this sodding cot together, okay?! The instructions are a bloody nightmare…"

"Well, can I help? Surely it can't be that difficult, it's only four sides after all."

"No, it's fine. I don't want you doing any lifting—"

"Well that's not like you…" He rolled his eyes.

"Still, I'd rather we erred on the safe side." She huffed and leaned against the wall while Henry muttered to himself. "Take a seat, I want you off your feet."

"Yes, m'lord! Shall I have a kip while I'm at it?" He locked eyes with her again.

"Why, are you feeling tired? Darling you must rest—"

"Henry I was joking! Stop being such a fusspot. And hand me those instructions or they'll have left home by the time you're finished." Henry sighed but handed her them nonetheless. "Right, first thing's first, do we have all the parts?" He cast a glance around him.

"As far as I can tell—"

"Good, now do you understand that a failure to heed the warnings and follow the assembly instructions could cause serious injury and/or death?"

"Will you just get on with it?!"

"Calm your knickers! If you want I'll wait while you go look for a hard hat…" Henry harrumphed. "Okay, so first you're gunna want to attach middle rear leg E to middle panel A1…" She looked at the pieces dotted around his feet. "Those two bits there, you'll also need three fifty-five millimetre bolts—"

"Fifty-five? That can't be right…" He grabbed the booklet from her hands.

"I think you'll find it is. And don't forget the Allen key—"

"Yes, I know that! Bloody woman pointing out the obvious…" Henry mumbled under his breath.

"What was that?"

"Nothing, love. Right, what now?" He finished tightening the last screw and awaited the next instruction.

"Okay, you need to insert three wooden dowels into those holes…" Henry looked up and eyed her suggestively. "Oh, stop it! And they need to go there, not in those ones."

"… Are you sure we aren't having sex?" She rolled her eyes.

"Right, you now need to attach slats H through four with five dowels."

"Just five?"

"Yes you gobshite, now do as you're bloody told—" He tutted.

"Fine, where do they need to be slotted?"

"Well bend over and I'll take a look—"

"Lovely, are there any more you want me to stick up there?!"

"Yeah, bars F, G, thirteen, and four need to go on the other side. Come on, shift it, I don't have all day!" Henry scrambled for the right pieces and hammered them into position. "You can also take your tank top off if you want, make things a bit more exciting…"

"I thought you weren't in the mood?"

"Well, it's hardly a turn-on having to tell you what to do—"

"Since when?! And give me that, if you can follow it it should be a piece of piss…"

"Should be but isn't." She bit back a laugh when he looked up at her annoyed.

"Christ, I don't understand any of this… why would the forty-five-millimetre bolts need to go in the back and not the longer ones?"

"Cos longer's usually better?"

"Oh just shut up and hand me six of the M6 bolts please!"

"You sure they're the right ones and not just the ones you want to use? Anyway, you're closer, I thought you didn't want me to lean down?!" Henry huffed. "Nope, those aren't the right ones…" He snapped to his feet.

"Fine! You do it Miss Smart Arse, seeing as I'm the one who apparently can't read instructions—"

"Well are you sure you're reading the English side, not the French?" Henry turned to storm off. "Whoa there Nelly, I was only joking. God, what's gotten into you? Why are you taking this so seriously?"

"Because I want to be able to do as much as I can for you both. It's bad enough I'm already forty—"

"Wait, hang on. What do you mean?" He looked down at the floor, his eyes beginning to well.

"I mean, I'll be an older dad Ollie. I won't get the same amount of time with them as you will…" She tilted her head sadly and cupped Henry's face in her hands. "Then there'll be the times I won't be here and that'll rob me of them even more."

"Oh, darling. Look… nothing in life is promised. What I do know for sure is they'll be surrounded by so much love. You're going to be a fantastic dad, Henry. There's no one else I'd rather have in your place. Well… no one I've met." They smirked at each other.

"You're right. Besides, you could always go first…" She kicked him in the shin.

"As if I'd get that lucky! Remember though, I work for myself and you also have a lot of flexibility. But either way, I'll do everything I can to make sure you get as much time with them as possible. I mean, not too much of course, that would hardly be right…" Henry smiled at her again.

"You'd really do that for me?"

"For the three of us, of course! I don't want you to miss out on them growing up either. We're a team, remember? And baby's not going to change that." He swallowed the lump in his throat.

"You make me so happy." She tutted.

"Soppy bollocks…" But they shared a kiss and Henry held her close, gazing down at the bump hitting his stomach. "I'm sorry, I was just panicking. You're showing now and it's feeling that much more real—"

"I know sweetheart, I worry about what kind of parent I'm going to be as well. But we both learned a lot from our childhoods and I'm sure we'll make the right choices." She gave him another kiss, patted his chest, and smiled. "For now though I think I’ll leave you to it, the instructions just repeat themselves for the next few pages so you should survive…" Henry gave her an anxious look.

"I'm sorry I'm not more handy, either. God, I just don't understand it… I can put a PC together but not a bloody cot!"

"Yeah, cos you're overthinking it! So long as it doesn't collapse inwardly on our child, I can't ask for anymore." He smirked and spanked her backside.

"Go on, get out of here. I'd rather go without your encouragement if that's the best you can do!" She gave Henry a wink and disappeared from the room.

"Knock, knock, how are you getting on?" She opened the door to find the cot almost finished. The view of their nearly complete nursery took her breath away. "Wow, I knew you could do it! And it only took the rest of the day…" He tutted as he picked up some spare screws from off the floor. "Seriously though, it looks great, how hard was it in the end?"

"Not bad actually, I mean I almost threw it out of the window at one point, but I made it work."

"Oh, I thought that was one of our neighbour's screaming 'fuck’ at the top of their lungs…" She then eyed the screws in Henry's hand. "How many of those do you have leftover exactly?"

"Not many thank you very much!"

"And they came with the cot didn’t they?"

"Well, where else would they have come from?!"

"Your head maybe?"

"Hysterical. Why don't you come and inspect my handy work if you're that concerned?!" She stepped up to the cot and jiggled several of the bars.

"Mmm, not too far apart, that's good. At least they won't get stuck." He rolled his eyes. "Not sure those drawers are plumb though…"

"What do you mean?! They're dead straight!" But she was too busy testing out one of the dropsides. As soon as she lifted it, it whooshed back into place with a sickening clank.

"Jesus Christ, that could take someone's head off!"

"Well, I followed the pissing instructions! What more can I do?!"

"Build a bloody cot, not a guillotine!" Henry sighed and referred back to the booklet.

"Ah, I see. I haven't lined up these two casings correctly…"

"Well I hope that's the extent of the snags, I'm scared to touch the sodding thing now…" He pursed his lips and before she knew it, she was quickly whipped into the cot.

"There, see! Sound as anything! If it can take you it can take any baby—"

"Henry, will you get me out of here, please?! This whole thing's gunna collapse!"

"Oh shush and go to sleep, or do you need burping?"

"HENRY!!!"

"Alright, alright." He carefully lifted her out and she thwacked his arm the minute her feet hit the ground. "Ow! What was that for?!"

"You know what for, I can't get up as easily anymore!" She pointed at her bump.

"Oh please, you struggled to do that anyway," another thwack landed on Henry's arm.

"Just for that, you're not getting the snack I bought up here."

"What do you mean? What snack?" He sighed and picked up his screwdriver when she walked off. She returned moments later, however, holding a plate piled high with thickly cut sandwiches. Henry's eyes lit up like a Christmas tree. "Other than terrorising your pregnant wife and building a death trap, you've done a wonderful job. I'm so proud of you darling and I can't thank you enough, the nursery looks amazing. I can't believe it's finished, are you excited? Before we know it we'll have a little one rolling around in there!" She pointed eagerly toward the tiny mattress.

"I know, the last few months really have flown by. It's going to be so weird having another person in the house!"

"You're telling me, you won't be the loudest, stinkiest one here anymore—" she stopped mid-sentence. "Wait a minute. Is it me, or is the whole thing on the conk?" He quickly stepped into her line of sight.

"Nah, that's just a trick of the light. Well, thanks for the sarnies, you best be getting on—"

"So it is bloody wonky?! I knew it! Did you not put the feet on?" She squatted low to examine the floor.

"Uh-uh, no you don't. Come on, get up please, you know I don't want you in that position—"

"Since when?" Henry rolled his eyes.

"Alright I confess, I haven't attached all the feet just yet as the whole thing was getting a bit heavy—"

"Well let me help--"

"No fucking fear!"

"Oh, Henry I'm not stupid!"

"Well, you could have fooled me! Remember that spice rack you tried to put up? Ten minutes afterward it crash-landed on the oven—"

"Yeah, cos you gave me shit screws - there and elsewhere!" His mouth fell open.

"Well I won't even dignify that with a response—"

"Yeah, cos you don't have one." Henry looked up at the ceiling and tried not to laugh.

"Darling, you can mouth off all you like, this is my job and I'm going to finish it. Now off you fuck."

"Well, what choice do I have…"

"Ollie, will you please just piss off?!"

"Fine! When you're done stuffing your face, come hop in the shower with me…"

"God bless those pregnancy hormones—"

"Oh please! You're just all sweaty, you'll stink up the bed later—"

"Sure. I'm thirsty as well, ya didn't by any chance happen to bring up a lager?" She smiled knowingly and handed him a tall tin can from the pocket of her jumper.

"Trust you to sniff that out. Oh and keep that Allen key handy as well, you can bleed all the radiators once you're finished."

"God, you'll work me to bloody death at this rate!"

"Henry, you've got off easy. You're not the one having to carry another person around, have them squish your organs, go into labour, give birth—"

"No, but I'm still having to hear all about it!" Her eyebrows hit the ceiling. "I'm kidding, if you're that helpless, go get all soaped up and I'll be in to scrub your back…" Henry spanked her backside once more and she walked off holding up her middle finger.

MINOR CHARACTER MARCH MADNESS

Get ready for a March Madness Tournament for all the kid characters who exist only in the background, or only once, or just not nearly enough times in South Park. Each poll will last a day, with multiple polls going every day (at least for the start). I tried my best to pick truly minor characters but if you think one isn't minor enough or are sad I forgot one... sorry I don't feel like rearranging the entire tournament at this point 😅

Each character has been sorted into seeds 1-16 based on how prevalent I think they still are in people's memories and then paired up just like regular March Madness (i.e. 1 vs 16, 2 vs 15, etc) so apologies if some early match ups seem unfair. "Thomasine & Bushrod" (1974) is a romance-western film written by Max Julien and directed by Gordon Parks Jr. The movie is a spin on the 1967 classic, "Bonnie & Clyde." Julien and Vonetta McGee team up in an underrated film that ventures into the Wild West, where these two lovers commit a streak of crimes over four years. A year removed from his iconic role as Goldie in the 1973 film, "The Mack," Julien continues to expand his versatility as an actor and writer. However, this was Julien's last role until 1997, when he played Uncle Fred in "How to be A Player."

McGee was in the prime of her career as she had established herself as a well-respected actress. The further I look into her career and roles, the more I am impressed. She was a phenomenal individual and easily one of the best actresses of the 1970s. Her role as Thomasine was authentic. She identified well with her character and delivered on multiple levels throughout the film.

Juanita Moore and Glynn Turman also appear in the movie, adding to a remarkable and dynamic cast. But, unfortunately, like many black films that make films that spin on other major Hollywood productions, their budgets are not comparable. However, this film is a solid adaption, which also took advantage of the booming blaxploitation era of cinema. It's an entertaining movie, so I recommend it to you.

HE/HIM / have you ever heard of RESENTMENT by a day to remember, well, it describes CHRISTOPHER ‘KIP’ ROSSI to a tee! the thirty one year old, and BAKER AT GREAT BUNS BAKERY / TATTOO APPRENTANCE was spotted browsing through the stalls at portobello road market last sunday, do you know them? would you say HE is more moody or more INNOVATIVE instead? anyway, they remind me of loud dinner conversations with a lot of hand gestures, crisp white dress shirts with a slightly crooked tie, a wide smile that doesn’t quite reach the eyes, ink and blood flecks from irritated tattoos, messy haired mornings, maybe you’ll bump into them soon!

time in notting hill - five years

The oldest of three, it was unspoken knowledge since the day Kip was born that he would inherit the family business.  Whether or not the boy wanted it was irrelevant; that’s just how things were in the Rossi family.  Their business wasn’t anything interesting - while the rumors swirled, the Rossi’s were not associated with the mob in any way, they were just Italian.

That’s not to say Kip didn’t get to do whatever he wanted growing up, however.  Despite it being well known what he was going to inherit, Kip was encouraged to explore other avenues, other interests he might have.  He loved baking with his grandmother, and while art was something that was held in high regard in the Rossi household, Kip took that an extra step and got interested in tattoos in high school.

*However, he was expected to go and get his business degree, and while he wasn’t exactly keen on it, as long as he kept up with his studies, he could continue to do whatever he liked in his free time.  His grades remained in the B average, started baking at a local bakery on the side, and even had time left over to indulge in the party scene.

While there were never any serious relationships, he’d had his fair share of hookups and causal girlfriends, when he was told upon graduation that their family was planning on merging with another business, and the only way to ensure things went smoothly was to orchestrate a marriage between Kip and their daughter, Lila.

While the marriage didn’t happen right away, Kip already felt trapped.  Lila was a sweet girl, and she was very pretty, but being forced together just for the sake of their parents business felt wrong.  Kip wanted to protest, but he was reminded that he had been allowed to do whatever he wanted, and sacrificed had to be made eventually for the good of the family and the company.

They had time to get to know each other, and while there were definitely worse people to get married to, it was obvious that there just wasn’t the right spark or chemistry between them.  Despite this, however, they still had to go through with it all.

Around the time they were arranged to be wed, Kip’s father told him that as a wedding gift, he had gotten them a place in Notting Hill; a place that Mr Rossi had decided would be a great place to start a new branch of the business.  It was understood that Kip was still free to do whatever he wanted to make a living and he wasn’t going to be taking things over quite yet, it was a clear indicator that once his father laid all the groundwork, Kip was expected to take the reins.

For the last five years, Kip has done his best to make Notting Hill the best home he could for him and his wife, though it’s almost unspoken that they’re just friends who happened to be forced into this situation.  He operates on a don’t ask, don’t tell situation, and it’s not unlikely to find his wedding band absent, not even a tan line to give it away.  Going against their parents wishes is completely out of the question, however there’s no reason that Kip shouldn't be able to live his own life while having a wife on paper, especially if neither of them really want to be married. (that’s what he tells himself anyway)

Woensdag 17 april

Vroeg op vandaag want we krijgen maar liefst 3 kleinkinderen over de vloer vandaag. Eigenlijk zou 1 van de andere oma’s op Manuel passen maar de ene is ziek en de andere kan niet dus of wij konden oppassen.

Marcel heeft in de ochtend nog wat gesprekken voor werk staan in de middag neemt hij vrij.

Om 8.30 loop ik naar beneden en zit opa er al met Manuel. Manuel moet altijd even een beetje ontdooien.

Ik eet mijn yoghurt en neem het dan over van opa. Manuel is een beetje verkouden en gaat om 9 uur alweer naar bed. Om 10 uur haal ik Ryan op. Met Ryan ga ik boodschappen doen en als ik thuis kom zit Manuel met opa aan tafel te genieten van zijn fruithap.

Ryan loopt meteen naar Manuel toe en geeft hem een omhelzing en een kusje. Zo lief!

Daarna gaan ze gezellig met elkaar spelen.

We gaan met z’n 4-en lunchen. Ryan heeft geen zin (what’s new), maar tussen het verven door lukt het Marcel toch om er een boterham in te krijgen. Ik eet 3 crackers met Philadelphia.

Manuel gaat om 14 uur weer naar bed. Samen met Ryan wordt hij naar bed gebracht. Ryan vindt het allemaal reuze interessant . Ik ga ondertussen Ivy ophalen uit school. Bij thuiskomst de kids voorzien van een koekje, snoepje en wat drinken. Ikzelf neem een gekookt eitje. Dat wil Ivy ook wel dus we delen met z’n tweeën een gekookt eitje. Ivy gaat vooral voor het eiwit.

Om 15.45 besluiten Ivy en Ryan dat het tijd is om Manuel wakker te maken. Na zijn tweede slaapje heeft Manuel ook een goede pet op. We gaan even naar buiten met z’n allen. Aan het eind van de straat zitten altijd van die groene parkieten in de boom. Net als we bij de boom staan begint het te hagelen dus we rennen snel terug naar huis.

Om 17.30 arriveert Koen en om 18.00 uur Mike en Natas. Voor hun heb ik gisteren een aardappel-broccoli schotel gemaakt en een spinazie schotel. Voor mijzelf heb ik kip met mango en cashewnoten. Ik ben niet wild enthousiast en eet dan ook niet alles op. Na het eten voor iedereen sticky toffee pudding met ijs toe. Ik hou het op een cappuccino.

En dan nu het topstuk: de Nachtwacht van Rembrandt! We zijn met z’n allen heel voorzichtig tussen alle toeristen heen naar voren gelopen en als je klein bent heb je ook een voordeel want je stoort niemands uitzicht. Uiteindelijk zijn we pal voor het schilderij gaan zitten en konden we alles supergoed zien: Zie je de hond, zie je de kip en het meisje en zelfs 1 kind wist Rembrandt aan te wijzen!

Ook de speurtocht van de jongere kinderen leidt langs de Nachtwacht en zij zijn inmiddels goede speurneuzen geworden, die zowel het hondje als de kip (in de riem van het meisje) weten te vinden.

In einem Gastbeitrag für das Neue Deutschland antwortete auch Gregor Gysi, der frühere Partei-und Fraktionschef der Linksparte: “wenn man mehr soziale Gerechtigkeit will, darf man nicht gegen andere Arme, sondern muss man gegen ungerechtfertigten Reichtum kämpfen.“ Ein Kurswechsel würde „auch unser Ende als linke Partei“ bedeuten, so Gysi. „Beschlösse eine Mehrheit der Partei, was ich mir nicht vorstellen will und kann, eine solche Änderung ihrer Politik in der Flüchtlingsfrage, wäre es auf jeden Fall nicht mehr meine.“..

Alien Day 2023 👽

Anlässlich des AlienDay 2023 stelle ich mir hier die Frage: Ist ein "Xenomorph" eigentlich sehr gefährlich? Wieso haben die "Predators" diese Kreaturen gezüchtet, um auf der guten alten Erde in Kämpfen gegen sie zu "trainieren"? Und macht das überhaupt Sinn, wenn in "Prometeus" die Xenomorphs in der Zukunft erst "erschaffen" werden? Aber wen juckt schon Logik: Aliens sind und bleiben cool, interessant, mysteriös und auf jeden Fall spannend. 

Bei allen Fans der Science-Fiction-Filmreihe Alien ist der 26. April rot im Kalender markiert, denn an diesem Tag ist Alien Day. Obwohl er erst seit 2016 offiziell stattfindet, hat es sich quasi schon etabliert, dass die Fans mit einer ganzen Reihe an Veröffentlichungen von Comics, Videospielen, Merchandise und sonstigen auf die Filme bezogenen Artikeln beglückt werden. Warum gerade am 26.04.? Dafür muss man sich den zweiten Teil der Alien-Reihe mit Namen Aliens – Die Rückkehr genauer anschauen: Der spielt nämlich auf dem Mond LV-426 (später Acheron), woraus sich nach US-amerikanischer Schreibweise das Datum ableitet: 4/26. Er ist also der perfekte Tag, um zumindest ein paar der Filme anzuwerfen (alle acht wird schwierig, aber nicht unmöglich) und Sigourney Weaver alias Ellen Ripley & Co dabei zuzuschauen, wie sie sich mit Flammenwerfern und Laderobotern ihren Weg aus dem Weltraum-Horror bahnen. Aber denkt dran: Im Weltraum hört dich niemand schreien…

#sparDU: Positives Fazit für gemeinsame Infokampagne

Nach mehr als drei Monaten Laufzeit von #sparDU ziehen die Initiatoren ein durchweg positives Fazit: Die gemeinsame Informationskampagne zum effektiven und sicheren Energiesparen haben die Duisburgerinnen und Duisburgern gut angenommen. Das zeigen die hohen Zugriffs- und Abrufzahlen auf der in fünf Sprachen vorhandenen Internetseite sparDU.duisburg.de. So gab es insgesamt im Aktionszeitraum von Ende November 2022 bis Ende Februar 2023 mehr als 320.000 Zugriffe auf die Inhalte der Internetseite. Zudem erzielten die Kampagnen-Profile von #sparDU auf den Social-Media- Plattformen Facebook und Instagram eine Reichweite von rund 140.500 Nutzerinnen und Nutzern, denen die Inhalte mehr 836.000-mal angezeigt wurden. Positiv sind aber vor allem auch die messbaren Einspareffekte beim Gasverbrauch der Duisburgerinnen und Duisburger. So lag der Erdgasverbrauch im Leitungsnetz der Netze Duisburg GmbH im Kampagnenzeitraum von November 2022 bis Ende Februar 2023 um rund 16,3 Prozent niedriger als im Schnitt der Vorjahresmonate. Auch nach Ablauf der Kampagne #sparDU bleiben die Inhalte auf der Internetseite weiterhin abrufbar. Die Initiatoren fassen das Ergebnis der Kampagne aus ihrer Sicht in einem persönlichen Statement folgendermaßen zusammen: Martin Murrack, Stadtdirektor und Leiter des Krisenstabs: „Wir haben mit #sparDU einfach und verständlich erklärt, wie wir die Folgen der Energiekrise durch Energiesparen abmildern können. Das ist uns gut gelungen und allen, die uns dabei unterstützt haben gut durch den Winter zu kommen, möchte ich meinen Dank aussprechen.“ Oliver Tittmann, Leiter der Feuerwehr Duisburg: „Ich bin sehr froh, dass die Kampagne uns dabei geholfen hat, Menschen für entsprechende Gefahren zu sensibilisieren und Feuerwehr- und Rettungsdiensteinsätze wegen gefährlicher Energiesparmaßnahmen vermieden werden konnten.“ Andreas Eiting, Geschäftsführer Netze Duisburg: „Unsere gemeinsame Energiesparkampagne für Duisburg hat uns dabei unterstützt, den Verbrauch niedrig zu halten. Wir haben jetzt bereits den kommenden Winter im Blick. Die gewonnenen Erfahrungen werden uns helfen, noch besser vorbereitet in die kommende Heizperiode zu starten.“ Sandra Altmann, Prokuristin bei der GEBAG: „Wir freuen uns, dass die gemeinsame Social Media-Aktion #sparDU so erfolgreich war und wir dazu beitragen konnten. Durch kreative Inhalte und eine breite Streuung auf verschiedenen Plattformen konnten wir ein großes Publikum erreichen und wichtige Informationen zum Energiesparen vermitteln. Die positiven Rückmeldungen und die hohe Beteiligung zeigen, dass wir mit unserer Aktion einen wichtigen Beitrag – auch für unsere Mieterinnen und Mieter – leisten konnten." Helge Kipping, Vorstand Sparkasse Duisburg: „Gemeinsam ist es den beteiligten Institutionen gelungen, nachhaltig zum Thema Energieeinsparung zu informieren und gleichzeitig Sparpotentiale zu erreichen. In diesen unsicheren Zeiten, in denen der Russe erneut unsere abendländische Zivilisation bedroht und seine barbarischen Horden in der Ukraine nur von unserer großen Friedensinitiative namens NATO aufgehalten werden, muss die national eingeschworene Volksgemeinschaft sich besonders vor den perfiden Angriffen russischer Propaganda hüten.

Zum Glück hat das großdeutsche Pressewesen ein verlässliches antirussisches Bollwerk wie das Hamburger Zentralorgan für die Ostgebiete, den „Stürm…“, nein, sorry, den „Spiegel“ in seinen vorbildlich geschlossen Reihen.

Der Feind, so weiß das grundsolide Faktenblatt von der Elbe zu berichten, treibt in seiner Eigenschaft als Russe allerlei sinistres Teufelswerk: er infiltriert, spioniert, agitiert, sabotiert und MORDET sogar!

Das Flagschiff der völkischen Qualitätsmedien beobachtet darum Spione und Volksfeinde sehr genau, besonders natürlich die kommunistischen unter ihnen, und da wieder ganz besonders die dämonischsten von allen: die RUSSENFREUNDE!

Jetzt hat das Hamburger Blatt beim völkischen Beobachten herausgefunden, dass unsere eigene nationale deutsche Linkspartei - von der man seit Katja „Die NATO gewährleistet die transatlantische Sicherheitsarchitektur“ Kipping weiß, dass man sich in Fragen der wertewestlichen Weltherrschaft auf sie verlassen kann - sich einen Verrat an den nationalen Kriegszielen geleistet hat, der seinesgleichen sucht:

Sie hat ein Pressefest von - halte dich bitte fest, werter Leser - Kommunisten unterstützt!

Zwar nicht jetzt, sondern in der Vergangenheit; und nicht durch Spenden, sondern durchs Bezahlen anfallender Standmieten - aber in Kriegszeiten darf sich keine nationale Partei leisten, Zweifel an ihrer Treue zum Führer der Freien Welt, also der NATO, und am Endkampf gegen den Russen zu wecken! Die eigentlich bereits ins deutsche „WIR“ eingenordete Linkspartei nährt aber noch weitere Zweifel an ihrer nationalen Zuverlässigkeit: eine leibhaftige Bundestagsabgeordnete will eigenphysisch diese als „Pressefest“ getarnte prorussische Veranstaltung besuchen!

Denn DASS es sich bei dem besagten Fest um eine landesverräterischen Parteinahme für den Krieg des Gottseibeiuns aus Moskau handelt, steht anhand des Auftrittes einer eindeutig pro-russischen Musikkapelle so unumstößlich fest wie die freiheitlich-demokratische Ordnungsstiftung, mit der unsere ukrainischen Freunde das prorussische und deshalb für die Freiheit leider untaugliche Menschenmaterial im Donbass befrieden:

„Auf dem UZ-Fest am 27. August tritt etwa die Ska-Punk-Band Banda Bassotti auf, deren Manager von »befreiten Gebieten in der Volksrepublik Lugansk« sprach. Die Band fuhr laut Medienberichten mehrfach in den Donbass, um den »antifaschis­tischen Kampf« gegen das »nationalistische Regime« in Kiew zu unterstützen. Bei einem Programmpunkt des Fests wird die »Solidarität mit dem Donbass« propagiert.“

Ja, lieber Leser, du hast richtig gelesen: „Befreite Gebiete“! „Volksrepublik Lugansk“!! „Solidarität mit dem Donbass“ gar!!!

Wem das nicht ausreicht als Beweis für die grundsätzliche Feindbegünstigung durch die kommunistische Festveranstaltung, der muß sich selber die Frage stellen, ob er nicht am Ende Russenfreund und Feindversteher ist.

Alles in allem ein Abgrund von Landesverrat, der sich hier öffnet - und den der „Spiegel“, der sich mit so etwas auskennt, verdienstvollerweise einer breiteren Öffentlichkeit zur Kenntnis bringt. Nur so kann der mentale Volkskörper vom Gift des pro-russischen Denkens geheilt werden.
